Lived here for 7 years before moving. Can't say I had any issues. It's a peaceful neighborhood.
Upgrading their housing looking good
Nice quiet family community With playground and basketball for kids
Clean neighborhood my daughter lives here no complaints other than they need speed bumps because the speed limit is 10 mph. The residents themselves do way more than that.has a playground good lighting. Mostly new… homes. Ironically there's I believe 2 giant oak trees.

The name says it all, it's shady
Decent amount of weirdos like me, and yes lots of crossed wires. This time its a wasted place. Just saying that its not my style, that's all. To each his own though.
being self employed in sales mainly house hold furniture and household moves we even offer delivery for a small fee so I can only share my experience of a particular area from what I see during the short amount of time… I am there and from what I gather this area is a low income trailer park that's a mix of families with children and elderly folks that are retired had no problems with any residents they were friendly and helpful and should not be judged based off of income the best way to find out about a certain area or community is to go there your self and have your own experience I would imagine each one would be different based off of why you were there and who you were interacting with it's just like any other community I'm sure you will find some folks that are hard to deal with and some that are easy to deal with I had no problems with shady oaks
I was promised a mobile home then two days later when I called back I was told they couldn’t help me. I don’t think a company should get a person’s hopes up then dash them two days later.
