I like to be funny. I like to see people laugh. So if I was to review this company. (They alright!).😅 i say that with the deepest southern accent, you can think of😅👍👍 I would give theme. three, but I only have two… thumbs. But in all seriousriness the care workers, our really good people. But to me, they're my family. Into those that do not have family or friends.They became my family. Supporting me mentally and spiritually. I thank God for the people that choose this profession. It's not easy. Because they're people too, they've been through things. And I believe that's what helps them be better. So they can help others. I know this quote is from batman, but it's a good one. ( why do we fall? So we can get back up.) And for some of us, it requires a caregiver. They're the superheroes in this scenario. i'm very Thankful to have them in my life. I love everyone there. God bless them all!!🙏❤️
Came here to get help for my depression and anxiety (mostly for the anxiety) just to turn around and have to journal, on top of of it, stuck with meds I have said many times, to both the therapist and my doctor, that I… never wanted since I believe medication is demonic and intervienes with my ability to drive and do things in my daily life. My doctor won't take me off my meds, let alone listen to me about anything, even when trying to explain health symptoms, and came here, hoping they would help since I'm looking to get registered for an emotional support animal and in the process of finding another PCP that would be willing to take their time and listen to my symptoms and how I'm feeling, not listen just a quarter of the way or halfway and give me that disgusting demonic crap and end up stuck on these demonic meds for the rest of my life! I have no family, no friends (and don't want any since people can screw you over in a heartbeat and don't trust anybody. Been there done that!), really nobody to be there for me and looking to get an ESA to even have anybody there for me, even though an animal isn't human and could care less (animals are much more compassionate than a human being ever will be!!!) I'm not a people person, I don't like to socialize and prefer to be around animals than people! What will it take for me to finally receive what I need and looking for?! Is there not a single person on earth that's willing to hear me out?! That's why I'm always anxious, depressed or can't sleep. Because I always feel so alone! But everyone, including my own doctor, would rather throw demonic medications that make pharmaceutical corporations richer or stupid papers to journal! I don't journal since it does nothing but make the loneliness worse! Where's a therapist that can help with me with my journey to getting an ESA?! Because they're certainly not @ ACA. And no, I don't do peer support with strangers. No telling what the intentions of a stranger truly is. And again, I don't socialize, I don't do people.

My grandson has been with them over a year now I'm going to have to move to another county to get him some helpthey bring his meds but that is all I've asked for clothes food.they was going to take him for food stamps… they was going to try to get disability they was going to get him id this and that promise not kept he is 27no shoes no coat for winter nothing.
I've been waiting for 3 months to get my medication management and have been out of my meds for 2 months. They don't tell you on the phone that they don't have anyone to treat you at this time.

My therapist here is amazing, insightful and takes the time to really understand my problems. I couldn't be happier.
I believe I went here around 2019, my mental health provider threatened to take me out of my home because I was not doing good with my times tables and remembering them. That is insane. Their reason was because if I… didn't want to go to special ed classes, I was going to have to be removed from my FAMILY. I never needed said special ed classes or went to them, i'm now in college with no memory problems. We had to end up reporting this woman to the front desk and filling out paperwork reporting her. This mental health provider also considered to my face that I was bipolar at the age of 12. I am not bipolar nor do I have mental health issues nearly 6 years later. I did go to a different provider here who was much better, but ultimately around Covid no longer used this place of business.
Was told my inspection was going to be passed in front of my child by the inspector! Then next few days here it was a severe fail! Very upset can’t do people that way tell them one thing then do another!

Was promised help I never received help. Pier Support is a joke she was supposed to spend 5 hours a week with me she didn't even spend 5 hours a month with me, she didn't show up when she said she would she couldn't… even call me. To tell me she wasn't coming and what 2 hours she spent with me she would be too busy talking on the phone. The experience therapist read questions from a manual .. you guys get paid for services clients don't receive. The whole place needs to be shut down.
If I could I'd give this place half a star considering the fact we have had multiple issues with appointments and they hardly ever answer the phone. TO ANSWER THE QUESTION ITS THE MORGANTON OFFICE !

I'm sorry but I would not give them the time of day ever again because they treated my wife like they could care less about her and all they did when she was their client was tell her she didn't even need them BS and… they didn't care when she really was in crisis
