Ms. Katherine is such a kind and courteous woman. She makes it very easy to complete your paperwork and, most importantly, she offers classes in Spanish. Her group sessions are very helpful. She understands substance… abuse and doesn't judge people for their mistakes. She makes you feel very comfortable talking about any problem. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Fromm has been God sent. The compassion and empathy in her is rare these days. I can tell she loves her work and does it because enjoys helping people improve their life.

Trying to make an appointment was frustrating - after lots of texting and phone tag an initial appointment got made. A follow up appointment was scheduled for two weeks later. We were no showed/ no called by our… counselor. We attempted to call and text and received no reply about our counselor not showing up to our scheduled appointment. It is very disappointing especially after seeing so many positive reviews.

This is a great place to get the support and services you need. Catherine and Nancy were kind, compassionate, and supportive, along with being very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Thank you guys!!!

Having been court ordered to attend counseling I was initially skeptical on what I'd gain from these sessions. After meeting with Katherine over the course of it I could not have come to a better place. At no point did… I ever feel like she was doing this because it's her job. There was an abundance of genuine care and guidance that came with the process that really opened me up to the concept of therapy. Thank you so much for all you've done Katherine.

She truly caresand goes out of her way to help you whether that is through scheduling or rescheduling or etc. I've gone thru many different treatment programs… thru my years of addiction and she honestly is the GREATEST! Even though this location was an hour away from where I live (Demotte, IN) I am so happy to have gone and received counseling there. Katherine is easy to talk to, professional and informative. I am looking forward to… when group sessions can start meeting again so I can attend and continue my journey to recovery. I went there to complete my classes and I didn’t really know what to expect.. I was able to reach them easily and quickly. I began within the week of my phone call. They were very kind, down to earth, and made it work… schedule friendly.. You won’t regret going to Mr. Mike and his wife, they both are awesome. A blessing for sure.. 😊

I called several places and tried to get evaluations in Illinois and Indiana and the attitudes were sooooo uncompassionate and nasty I was extremely happy to talk to the their staff here and got set and appointment with… no judgements!!! Im very happy now to start my assessment and any treatment i need, thank you!
