Addiction Care Interventions – Brooklyn Detox and Rehab Services

Addiction Care Interventions – Brooklyn appears on the register for residential treatment. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

I had an excellent experience during my 28 days at ACI in Brooklyn. The facility is very clean, organized, and welcoming. The groups were excellent and very helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the groups… with Ms. Natasha. She is an amazing group leader who creates a supportive and comfortable environment where you can learn, reflect, and feel understood. I am very grateful for the experience and for the people who made my 28 days a positive and meaningful experience. I would definitely recommend ACI to anyone looking for a supportive and respectful rehabilitation program.

I would like to say that my time at ACI so far has been a very great positive stay for me.Especially due to the medical staff & all those under Mr.Macks supervision. Now honestly speaking if it wasn't for Mr.Mack &… Mr.Smalls advice is would've AMA,but they gave me such positive advice & encouragement, that ended up giving me the needed strength to overcome my selfishness & not AMA allowing me to remain here at ACI rehab & even consider longterm & becoming a peer facilitator.Since i am certified in such.I have said such thought because I wish to help others that have & are living what i have,as well as those in the prison system. So yes,my goal is to give back to the community with my positive actions & as I share my lifes story & experiences.Thank you ACI...

ACI has been a very good facility it's clean I have a 18 people in the parade squad as well which is helps me out of my recovery my name is Edwin and I fell out of the grace due to hanging around with the wrong people… and picking up a drink starting and eventually smoking crack I am hoping to get my life back I fell out of the grace I want to get back with my church and do God's will I am so sorry that I let myself and others down and I'm glad that it's only been two and a half months out of the of God and not a life time, this time around. I want to thank ACI for this opportunity to recover for the hospitality and freedom from this monster called addiction. Thank you 🙏💙 ACI

I would rate staff here 10/10 , as well as HR because they do such a great job. Miss Yvette and Tracy took an entire day to help me continue with my stay and set me up for success once I leave here. I am so impressed… with the people working at ACI. I would recommend anybody looking for a rehab to come here.

The supervisor downstairs was so understanding even when I made a mistake. ACI has been really good to me. Ms. Yvette on the 5th floor is fantastic. Tracy is great. The staff here is amazing. They're all willing to talk… to you and they really get it, they are diligent . They work without complaining, without reacting, even if it gets hard. I met someone today who I did a phone interview with today and she was fantastic! I am leaving with a smile on my face!

During my stay at ACI Inpatient I would say the staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect every step of the way. Their encouragement, professionalism, and genuine concern made a difficult time much easier… to get through. A heartfelt thank you to the 4th floor Supervisor [Jennelyn Paul] always attentive, patient, and willing to answer my questions or provide reassurance whenever I needed it. A big shout out to [Natasha Diggs] [Adrian Johnson] & [Alethia Richardson] & the entire team for their outstanding care and commitment. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate and professional support.

Since arriving at A.C.I, I have been treated with the upmost care and respect. I came to this rehabilitation facility in bad shape from drug use and not believing that rehab could cure me but, in the 22 days that I have… been here, I have learnt to face my demons with the coping skills that the staff here have instilled in me. So whilst I am not yet fully cured from addiction, I am well on my way to leading a normal life style and I will be leaving A.C.I. with the much needed tools for my quest for recovery. Shout out to Mack, Leonardo, Ms Taylor, Sunday and all the nursing staff who have helped me along the way. All I had to do was listen and learn and apply. Thank y'all and God bless.

ACI it’s a great wonderful program that you could really get something out of it’s. If you want to recover from whatever drug or addiction that anyone’s into. The staff, Is very supportive they will help you with… anything according what you need in your dysfunctional life. They Are very supportive, They provide any type of services you need as Far as housing inpatient, long-term mental health medical treatment, and they also provide any type of referrals and support when you leave ACI. They also have aftercare, which is great for a person that needs stability in their life and you could always come back as a recovering at it to speak your story. I recommend this program to anyone to Anyone that he’s helping a life fighting drug addict addiction.

Not actually lgbt friendly, don’t go if you’re trans; some of the staff don’t know how to be decent. Especially the Jamaican guy on the second floor. You guys need more interaction with the people you bring in. Every… staff assumed I knew what was going on. I don’t know what services you provide I just know I need help and I had no idea what I was doing here other than being drugged to help with the withdrawals which added to my already depressed symptoms.

My personal experience at Aci has been very helpful to my journey in recovery, The staff and some peers have been a major piece to my acceptance to being sober and to continue to grow in my life in this world without… having to alternate my mind with substance. I want to thank everyone at aci for all there help, Especially the 3rd floor. Shout out to Mack, Peter, And Nadia for being part of my motivation, you are all appreciated and awesome, The world need more people like you guys! Thank you

My time at ACI I would like to thank staff for all the strength they’ve given me on my journey of recovery. Mack with his many speeches and lectures which have taught me important traits such as humility gratitude and… appreciation. Kevin G for his sense of humor which gave me power to lift my head up high at my lowest. Dave for the late night encouragement when I was battling leaving and giving up on the program and last but not least Daryl for the tools needed to teach me how to give self care how to self preserve and self love. All these tools I will forever be grateful for always and forever. All in all thanks ACI rehab!

With no other choice we did a bit of an inter (intervention) with Beverly. Beverly and I have been married for more than several decades and with time I noticed her rangel around the drink would be the center of our… daily convos and a review of Rabbi Dolores’s weekly Torah Oats’ vis-a-vi either the early days of our marriage before alcohol. Became. The. Problem. What we learned at this center - Beverly more than I but Beverly and I sat and Bev shared with me how it’s not the substance in fact it’s the addiction. Bev is sober. She won’t even drink at the KEEDOOSH if you will which is a bit of a tiff since there’s no extra charge from our CHABAD local..
