The Social Worker I was seeing a great...but it was this companies billing practices that were criminal. For a payment of $50.00, my account was only credited $12.80 (that is one cent for every four paid). When I asked… to have the account checked ....again the Social Worker was great,she called me told me we could discuss what the research found at our appointment. Meanwhile the next bill came the only correction on the bill was that they no longer where displaying the post with the payment....it was still the same balance. Which means they are charging me 3 cents for every 4 cents of payment just to make a payment. Apparently, they believe that someone who has a graduate degree but happens to suffer from depression cannot do simple math. I guess even tho I had found a wonderful therapist here, now I must end this relationship as the agency is out to make a profit doing some kind of new math. And when I tried calling to talk to someone, their telephone answering service was rude. (But if this were rating the therapist that I saw here, she would get 5 stars).
