I've been going to We Care for close to 14 yrs. and I've also was at Open Door facility. We Care has been great for me and mainly due to they listen to me not like the other place that had everyone there basically doing… the same procedures as everyone else. That didn't work for me and I believe in whatever works for each individual to stay clean and focused is what is best for them. After all if it works why change it. I don't feel like I have as they say liquid handcuffs at We Care. As long as you follow policies and their guidelines all is great. That's why I'm still here at We Care and I respect the counselors and nurses there and I feel I also get respect from them. Brett who is responsible for all going there is very easy to talk to which makes any issues easier to deal with though I've had none. I appreciate all that everyone has done for me while I'm there and it has worked for me after all I'm still alive.

Are these the correct times ? I was tould they close at 11am n im seeing 12pm????

They leave your drug test in an open box with the person many times not there watching it. Anyone can mess with them. I have watched someone do this. The way they do stuff should be investigated by the Board of… Professional Counselors and Therapists. BTW I will be making a complaint to the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.

This place will cut you down from 120 to 60. No notice. Go here if your plan is to relapse.

Was going here for 10-11 months and had to go away for a while (jail)😔 so the jail makes you transfer to there program if you're there for long enough or if not u get detoxed when I got out I tried going back and they… wouldn't let me told me they recommend inpatient SMH don't recommend this place

I think they Don’t care about their patients , they shut the door right in your face I got there One time and they lock the door right in my face!! They have no respect for their patients .. I think it’s a horrible way… to treat your patients to just lock the door right in their face!! Totally ignorant!!

Zero stars. Run by incompetent ignorant people who couldn't care less about their patients

Saved my life

Let me start by saying i was pretty much a lost cause. Everyone and treatment place wrote me off,until i found WeCare Health Services they helped me finally curb for good, my addiction to pain pills and herion the staff… was amazing and they truly care. Robin ,Susan ,Kathy to name a few were kind and compassionate the head nurse Diane is a genuis,she made my detox aslmost none existant.I SWEAR!! Thanks to them i had 5 years totally sober in Febuary and im completely clean now living a better life then i ever expected. Thank you We Care!!! Sincerily,Ricky V.

Works with you on any aspect of scheduling. They work around you not the other way around.

This is the best one!

They have the best nurses anywhere! Really seem to care about you sometimes more than the counselors. Not very time consuming like other places. Counselors could be a while lot better. From what I have seen and heard… that's only 2-3 really good ones.

Dont pay atenttion to my rating ive never been. I want to kno if i switch over to we care from bnj will you guys keep giving me my weekly take homes. Ive seen too many people get pissed switching to a new clinic with… weeklys a d basically be told they have to be monitered for a few weeks first than after that few weeks they come in expecting there weekly than be told you have to start over. Thats really crazy and wrong. I can say ive had all clean urines for four years and perfect attendance. I just want to switch over to we care since i literally live in the neighborhood connected to the shopping center. Its pointless to drive to the new bnj baltimore location once a week but if we care willl screw me of my weeklys now id like to know ahead of time. If thats the case the drive to baltimore is worth it

I was extremely nervous when I called and the receptionist was a very unkind woman that kept rushing my answers. She asked questions about my medical history and questions being rather vaguely asked I asked for… clarification and answered as best I could. The receptionist kept correcting me I wasnt answering the question right. I apologized and she said more than once, "look. I have other patients here and I don't have time for this nonsense." This is typical of the treatment someone with addiction or mental health needs receivea when asking for help. People making us feel like they don't have time for us. Rushing us. Putting us down. Accusing us for trying to waste ther time. Etc etc etc. I ended up in tears and shaking when I needed someone the most. And at the end of it all they weren't available to help me anyhow. So, I just got humiliated for no reason. Thankfully I made myself try one more place after that terrible experience. Because the voice on the other end at that place was so kind and reassuring and told. Me they knew exactly how it felt to be the one asking for help and they would do anything to get me seen the very next day.. And they did. If you call here or anywhere else and get discouraged by the unwelcoming vibe, don't give up. Keep calling. Not everyone has a good bedside manner but it doesn't mean you don't deserve help.

Its OK better than. Most places

I love we care! The nurses care about you & your children, their always so sweet . The counselors are nice & understanding. I was scared to death starting a methadone clinic, but we care is the perfect place to have… gone. I recommend them!

They are caring and understanding to each person. They don't group everyone together.
