Anchored Tides is amazing; there is truly no place like it. There are also very few options in general for women’s programs, and being surrounded by all women made my experience deeper and brighter. The community there… is so rich. Staff really care, and they consistently go above and beyond for you. Even after I completed treatment, I still received check-in messages from Markie who made sure I was doing well post-treatment. During treatment, my insurance abruptly cut me off with no warning and no step down option. Anchored Tides generously provided me with two weeks of scholarship so that I could transition out of their program rather than be cut off the way my insurance planned. I really hope I never require treatment again, but if I do, I would go straight back to Anchored Tides!

I could not have recovered had it not been for all the help and resources at anchored tides. This place is geared to help the individual in anyway they can. I'm so happy to be celebrating my first year on the 30th and… it's an amazing new life. I believe they can help you find it too!!! This team rocks!!!

I had such a positive experience at Anchored Tides Recovery. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, compassionate,… and always willing to help. I never felt like I was just another patient. I felt like the people there truly wanted to see me succeed. The houses were also beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well taken care of. Having a peaceful and welcoming place to live made such a difference while I was working on myself and my recovery. Anchored Tides gave me the support, structure, and encouragement I needed during a really important time in my life. I came there needing help, and I can genuinely say that I received it. As a father, there are no words that can fully express what Anchored Tides Recovery has meant to our family. My daughter went there at a time when we were terrified of what the future might hold. Addiction had taken so… much from her, and as her dad, all I wanted was to see my daughter get her life back. Anchored Tides gave her that chance. The care, compassion, structure, and support she received there helped her begin rebuilding her life. Anchored Tides Recovery will always hold a special place in my heart. I came to them during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. I was pregnant, trying to get my life back on track, and needed a place where I… could feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. That is exactly what I found there. Being pregnant in treatment comes with so many additional fears and needs, and the staff at Anchored Tides took incredible care of me. I never felt like I was just another client. They made sure I was supported physically and emotionally, helped me get where I needed to go for my pregnancy, and treated me with dignity and compassion during a time when I needed it most. Recovery is hard enough on its own. Going through it while pregnant can feel absolutely overwhelming, but having people around me who believed my life and my baby’s life were worth fighting for made such a difference. Three years ago, I was a mother terrified that I was going to lose my daughter to fentanyl addiction. There were times when I honestly didn't know if she was going to survive. Anchored Tides Recovery saved my life. They gave me a safe space to continue to recover after residential, it was structured in a way that I needed. The staff there were incredible from the therapists to the… nutritionist and everyone in between. My peers became friends that I’ve taken with me even after my time their has ended. I came here at one of the lowest points in my life. I need help. I was very motivated to get bettter. I followed all the rules, I did every single recommendation. I wasn’t allowed to get a job (I have no income) so I… was on assistance from food stamps. A girl left the fridge open all night (the fridge was knowingly broken and there were no signs. I lost EVERYTHING. I asked for them to replace it and they said “oh well go to the food bank” I asked the house manager if she would take me and she said “well no” the owner acts like she’s so altruistic and helping people. I had a conversation face to face. You are NOTHING but money to them. Period. I posted photos on yelp and also sent to the board. There are so many better options. There are places who are not ran on ego and power trips. Don’t do it.

Wouldn’t recommend honestly. Seems like insurance is their biggest concern. The moment you’re not making them money you’re disposed. They do not care about the women there. Ask them yourself. Edit: it was anchor tides.… Nice try. Leah, Emily, Becca, Madison, Michelle. Yeah. It was you. Michelle needs to find something else because being a therapist is not her calling.

⸻ I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for Ashley at Anchored Tides Recovery. When my daughter first entered treatment, I was terrified, exhausted, and honestly unsure if I’d ever get my child back. From the… very first call, Ashley showed up with a level of patience, honesty, and genuine care that immediately made me feel like we weren’t just another case file. She treated my daughter like a whole human being, not a problem to be fixed, and she treated me like a parent who’d been carrying way too much alone. What really stands out about Ashley is how steady she is. She never rushed me, never talked over me, never made me feel embarrassed for not knowing what to do. She broke things down in a way I could understand, and she always followed through—whether it was checking on my daughter after a tough day or reaching out to reassure me when I was spiraling with worry. I don’t think she realizes how much those small acts meant in the moment. My daughter has said more than once that Anchored Tides is life changing. She felt safe and cared for. That alone is priceless. As a parent, watching your child finally trust someone again… it’s a feeling I don’t have the words for. Anchored Tides created space for her to open up, to feel supported, and to actually want to participate in her own healing. That’s not something you can train someone to do. That’s heart. That’s talent. That’s someone doing the work for the right reasons. There were days where I called just because I didn’t know what else to do, and Ashley never made me feel like a burden. She gave me updates when appropriate, she helped me understand the treatment process, and she reminded me that setbacks aren’t failures. She even helped me shift how I show up as a parent, which has made a huge difference in how my daughter and I communicate. I can honestly say she didn’t just support my child — she supported our entire family. Anchored Tides is lucky to have her. Families like mine are lucky to have crossed her path. In a field where burnout is high and compassion can get thin, Ashley somehow shows up every day with warmth, boundaries, and real dedication. I truly believe my daughter’s progress has everything to do with the connection and trust she built with Ashley. If you’re a parent desperately looking for hope, I can tell you this: Ashley is the kind of case manager who brings it back. She gave my daughter a fighting chance, and she gave me the courage to believe recovery was possible again. I will forever be grateful for her.

Anchored Tides played a huge part in helping me get my life back. After numerous treatment centers over several years, I found what I needed at Anchored Tides. Between the one on one therapy, knowledgeable facilitators… who taught practical skills, and the supportive staff, I acquired everything that I needed to stay sober. I would recommend this treatment center to any woman who is looking for a safe and credible place to finally get sober. This facility has everything you need to make this your last treatment center. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The individualized treatment and support was what set you guys apart from the other programs I had tried (and there were a lot, LOL). All of the staff have a sincere passion to help and an authentic approach that allowed me the space and guidance to implement coping skills and process my distorted thinking. Never before had I felt that it was ok to not be ok AND be loved anyways. My deepest gratitude for helping me change the trajectory of my life.

Anchored tides saved my life. I had been to an inpantient facility before and my sobriety wasn’t lasting, until I found this place. I enjoyed the different groups and the staff and women are so welcoming. I felt so… comfortable here, which I hadn’t felt before. I now have the confidence to succeed in life. Anchored Tides changed my life. After doing a 30 day inpatient program I came to ATR to expound upon the coping skills in inpatient treatment. Not only did I learn more coping skills, I discovered who I really was… underneath all of the anxiety, addiction, and trauma: a woman with so much to offer the world. I would have not been able to thrive in sobriety without the deeply transformative inner work that ATR provided. Like most things in life, it’s what you make of it. If you come in with a positive outlook you are going to get a lot out of the program. I know I did!

Kept telling me I wouldn't stay sober if I wasn't here... writing this over a year sober now. I reached out to Anchored Tides when I was in a rehab facility. My case manager and I made sure food was included in the… steep price, making sure it was understood I'd only be there a month seeing as I had to fly back to my home state for court/work obligations, etc. None of this was true and when I would not budge on staying longer the office staff and owner got disrespectful and kept telling me I wouldn't make it far without them. There was definitely some amazing caring women working here however there was more bad than good. My final straw that led me to calling family to come get me was getting home from the office where classes are held and my room had my personal belongings sprawled on the floor. Yes I understand room checks are necessary for the safety of clients but blatantly tearing up the clients personal space theyre paying for is beyond disrespectful.

Sucks

When I came to anchored tides, it was pretty good. They have some really good staff who were caring and helpful, which is why they get a star. Then they messed around and made one of my peers, who was out of the program… for 3 months and hadn't completed the steps and had less sober time than me, my house manager. Then, after my second relapse, they completely abandoned me. They told me if I did well in detox, I could come back, and I did really well in detox. Then they claimed I made someone in their program relapse, which you can't even do. I didn't do drugs with anyone still in their program, anyone I used with had already relapsed on their own, and they would practically have to beg me to get my drugs. I thought I had a good connection there, but I was completely betrayed. I would definitely recommend giving this program a pass.
