Monica Bomar is an amazing provider! She will listen and take what you say and consider the best option of treatment. Jennifer and Tara the front office staff are always willing to help and cheerful on greeting you as… you come in. The nursing staff from nurses to MAs are exceptional, they are quick to call you back, move you through the pre-provider portion and very detail oriented! Very attentive to the privacy of your information and reason of visit. Just know I don’t believe you could receive any better care.

Got told I had sinus issues then went for a second opinion and turns out I have the flu. They didn’t check my ears or nothing.. took a quick glance at my throat which had “drainage” that may indicated my ears need… checked. Seemed to me they were more concerned about getting me out than treating me. Searcy is a better clinic.. they listen an address your concerns and don’t treat you like your waisting their time.
Had to go in to get some refills. I had the best experience I've had in along time. Thank you Monica! Thanks for talking to me like a human being. And taking your time with me.

They are all very informative and helpful to get you what you need and on your… way to feeling better. The nurses are very knowledgeable and compassionate. We think the world of Doctor Robertson, he's a wonderful kind Doctor. Only one we have ever seen who'll take the time to just talk to you and explain everything to you. I use this location for my whole family! The staff are amazing and so friendly! They do everything they can to make sure you have the best care possible. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the… amazing front office staff and the awesome nurses and CNAs that get your vitals to getting treatment by the lovely physicians. I can’t tell you enough how amazing this place is!

I've only been to the ARcare in Bald Knob a few times and I've took my son a hand full times but they've always been very friendly and the PA Monica seems very Knowledgeable and the MA Kali was extremely friendly and… very helpful with all my needs and even brought my son some stickers and a coloring book in the exam room so he wouldn't be bored and treated him as she would her own child Over all the nursing staff was helpful and answered any questions i had the exam rooms where very clean. as for the wait time I've seen others complain about my wait time was pretty short but they wasn't that busy when i was there it was close to the end of day but it's like any business or dr office if they are busy your gonna have to wait a little while
