ARROW – Wichita

Just horrible I was 3 or 4 mins late and get thrown out. It's a 45 min drive just for me to get there. Completely unreasonable people. They never start their classes on time and usually it's all blah blah blah for the… first 15mins. They say they would excuse it if I had called so they want you to call while your on the highway and be like yes traffic but you know it's against the law to use your phone while driving but they expect it. It's a 2hr class what is three minutes late gonna change. They have no compassion for someone that drives 45 mins just to get there. Your expected to do a ua and they will not even offer you water luckily I had something to drink so I could give them there ua otherwise I wouldn't have been able to go and by the grace of God they let me go get it out of my car. They literally have no compassion. Its ok they dont start there class on time and it's ok if they keep you longer but if your 3 minutes late you need to be punished and sent home. They don't care about anyone all they care about is there money. anyway they can find to make you redo it so they make more money, trust they will find a way to do that. They would rather you speed and kill someone then be one second late. They don't even follow there own rules but how dare you be 3 mins late not even a warning or anything. I have even watched several people come in later then 10mins and nothing happened to them, just shows how prejudice or racist they really are. I wouldn't recommend this place at all there so hateful and love power over you

From what ive know and have herd pepole say about this place is the stafe are realy helpfule and care for those who for one resion or orther help one find peace of mind and if your in recovery because you want to try… life on the other side of what your dayly ruteen without the need to self medacate they will help you along your way to what one might seek thanks everyone at the team and those who work behind the seens

But I had one counselor who explained boundaries to me and I… finally understood how to live life sober. Grateful for the staff at recovery concepts.
