Ascendant New York – New York (210 East 58th Street) is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Ascendant is truly an amazing place! I am beyond grateful to have come here and had the experience to get help from genuine professionals. The staff looks after your best interests and the medical team is amazing.… Ascendant really changed my life! I’ve completed rehab twice and am now in the dayhab program. I was hesitant to continue into dayhab but I wouldn’t have it any differently now. It is the best decision I’ve made. After completing treatment they also offer an alumni program that saved my life. I am able to interact with a sober community in a loving and supportive way I can’t receive the same way anywhere else. I would recommend to anyone that’s struggling to come to ascendant and seek the amazing experience I and many others have had!!

I highly recommend Ascendant Outpatient Rehab. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their clients’ success. I first attended Ascendant years ago, and what stands out most is that… their support didn’t end when I completed the program. Even years later, they have continued to be a source of encouragement and guidance whenever I’ve needed it. The team creates a welcoming environment where people feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their recovery journey. Their dedication to helping individuals build and maintain long-term sobriety is truly remarkable. I am very grateful for the care and support I have received from everyone at Ascendant.

My time with Ascendant has been a really rewarding experience of growth and self discovery. Recovery is a difficult process, but I feel that Ascendant made the process so much more manageable. I’ve gotten to meet a lot… of wonderful people with stories that made me feel less alone, during a period in my life where I didn’t know where to turn. The staff here are all welcoming, with a warm, familial approach to the care and treatment that they provide. Overall they make the path to recovery something that is real and achievable.

I just finished the dayhab program and I couldn’t say enough good things about the program. Everyone here is super supportive and it has vastly helped my sobriety journey. When I started I wasnt really that open minded… to doing another program after completing rehab but I know Ascendant has set me up for a bright future. So if you’re on the fence about doing this just know it’s def worth the time. To be honest I’m sad it’s over ❤️

Ascendents PHP program is the best outpatient program I’ve ever been to. I’ve never felt more supported by community or more confident in my next steps than I do today. They have truly set me up for success, and I would… not be where I am today without them.

Effective treatment approach, comfortable environment, qualified and friendly staff. I was very apprehensive about joining any treatment program when I decided to live a sober life. The team at Ascendant is welcoming,… provides qualitative resources, and offers a great opportunity to build community. It may seem like a huge commitment, but I actually wound up looking forward to going and was feeling significantly better before I knew it - much better than I expected. There are various outpatient options and community doesn’t end upon program completion. They host specialized alumni groups, events and outings. I highly recommend.

The time spent at Ascendent Outpatient detox was great! The other clients here were of all different age groups and from different backgrounds. The Therapists were very knowledgeable especially is psychoeducation and… family therapy. One to one counseling was very engaging. Another plus- THE GREAT Food, lol. Ascendent provides catered lunches with a different variety daily! Also, weekly outings were the most fun and a chance to be out exploring! In would highly recommend entering into high watch.

Ascendent saved my life. I walked in after completing PHP and additional treatment at a different center, I was nervous to be back in my old stomping ground of NYC. What I found instead was compassion, structure,… accountability, and people who truly cared about my recovery. The support I received here gave me the tools to face my addiction, understand myself, and build a life I actually want to live. As I continue down the journey of recovery I am fully supported and have faith. I cannot express enough gratitude. 🖤🙏

Ascendant is incredible. The team genuinely made me feel like I was a part of a community and a family. They only had my best interest at heart, and I am grateful for the thoughtfulness and care of the staff,… counselors, and entire team. If you're reading this and you're on the fence about whether to go or where to go, just go to Ascendant. I promise you'll be glad you did.

Ascendant is where I began my recovery. They truly saved my life at a time where it had completely spiraled out of control. The level of care I received was exceptional at all times, and the staff consistently went… above and beyond for every client. Ascendant was my first experience in an outpatient program, and I was nervous going in, but from the moment I arrived I felt genuinely welcomed into a supportive and caring family. My time there was truly transformative, and I have continued to stay in touch ever since. Ascendant has become a second family to me, and I know that everyone there truly cares about me and my recovery.
