Aspire Health Partners – Orlando (100 West Columbia Street) Detox and Rehab Services

Aspire Health Partners – Orlando (100 West Columbia Street) carries a listing for detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Detox runs under medical supervision, and the first three days carry the highest risk with alcohol and benzodiazepines. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I… was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from… over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. Good luck and stay strong !!

If you’re considering this clinic, go anywhere else but here. If you are planning to guest dose here, you are wasting your time. Apparently, as I was told by the receptionists themselves, their computers and phones and… fax machines do not work, which means they can’t intake you. They didn’t even try to help me and they are extremely disorganized and very unprofessional and I was there for 2 hours and walked out without my methadone dose I was supposed to receive that day. I DO recommend New Season instead they are right down the road and a much more smoother process and I had zero issues there with me guest dosing. I’m leaving one star because leaving zero isn’t an option

Awesome people that work there 🫶🏻 they care… about us & its not just about the pay for them. They care for my children also like why i not go? I would never go anywhere else. I send my love to them. Great job everyone!! Psa one bad apple doesn’t make the whole batch bad 🍎

They need to do a better job. People are outside the building selling pills snd methadone . They close sunday so people are selling their bottle. I came late because of car trouble and some woman with two kids begging… for money with her kids and selling her methadone . I called the health department and I also made a police report . This facility used to do better job watching these people and their counselors need to do a better job noticing these people are selling their methadone. It’s a program to help people who want to get off drugs and the ones that are selling it obviously don’t want to participate and get off drugs so they don’t need to be there. They need to have security out front because they’re doing it right in the front of the building. This there needs to be run by somebody who knows what’s going on inside of it because they do not.

This place is absolutely insane! I wouldn’t ever send my relative, friend, or enemy to this place. Patient care is awful and these people who work in health care should be ashamed. Twice they canceled appointments hours… before my husband was supposed to show up. Then wouldn’t take that into consideration and flat out refused to see him. They like to play with peoples life’s and it’s not okay. Scheduling department is awful and plan out sucks.

This one is going to hurt some feelings... Everyone here is AMAZING😍😍😍 these people wake up to be there at 5am to help people who forget what these people do is hard as hell. They deal with addicts and people detoxing,… dope sick yelling at them like it's their fault they have to go there. Only people I've ever seen complain weren't doing what they were supposed to do. Maybe stop trying to manipulate the staff and you won't have a bad experience here. They get abused daily and barely ever get a thank you. They deserve more than 5 stars and considering they don't benefit from getting treated like garbage by entitled addicts and still show up to work- if you have such an issue, go somewhere else because they don't owe you anything AND STILL SHOW UP for us EVERYDAY. Y'all saved my life and I will be forever grateful to EVERYONE😍

Today's date is March 19, 2024... the workers at this clinic are the most caring souls. But I'm leaving this message post to ask if anyone can tell me what time the dosing hours end during the week?? It says 11am here,… but not sure if that's true. Thanks in advance Adam
