Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel – Lake Ariel

This is truly an amazing facility! Every single person I’ve encountered is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable, groups are fun & informative, and the housing and food are… excellent. There’s an amazing sense of community and I 1000% recommend.

Jeffrey Tellish, Executive Director I saw him several times during my 35 day stay. He never bothered to say hello. The facility itself is OK, they have a swimming pool and a gym . The gym was tiny. You could barely… breathe in there. You never have any time to go to the pool. Group sessions were anywhere from 8 to 10 hours a day the food was below average. they only had a professional chef there 3 times A week. I would not recommend this place seriously keep looking cause this place is a total waste of time and money. They also have very limited bed-space in other words you’re sleeping with several people in a room.

Excellent facility, incredibly helpful staff and counselors who are understanding and not overbearing. Emily, Michael, and Ralph are particularly great counselors and all of the techs are fantastic at encouraging and… supporting clients while fostering a loving community. It was my first time at treatment and I could not have asked for a better rehab facility. Good food, comfortable accommodations, very educational groups, and a good amount of free time as well. I highly recommend Avenues, I sincerely feel that they have given me an opportunity to get my life back.

Highly recommend. We're treated like adults. No lock down in room bed time. Great sense of community that is protected as a whole. Vape and cigarettes allowed and available for purchase 3 times a week. Most… comprehensive program I've been to. And there's a pool!

This place is amazing. I came here to get help with my drinking but learned I had a disease of addiction and needed to be in recovery. The counselors here are all the best. In just 5 weeks, I was able to start the… healing process for past trauma and made major breakthroughs. I am doing much better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. And now have the resources to continue my recovery and improve my life. Everyone here from the techs, counselors, nurses, staff helped with my healing process here at Avenues. The food is great and all of the other accommodations are excellent. The groups and the other clients in the community all contributed to my success here. I recommend this place above any other rehab in the US. They make sure everything is taken care of while you're here and ensure the best aftercare. And they have the BEST case manager who gives you personal attention for everything you need like insurance, disability, and any other things like that.

My experience here has been life changing . I came here only to do 35 days and after a few days I changed my mind. The staff here is amazing and val is literally the best counselor. I'm leaving here and going for… extended care which I never thought I'd do..ty avenues family♥️

Avenues sets the bar for treatment centers. If youre looking for a dual diagnosis within your insurance, this is the facility you want to go to. Dont go down the road to that evil cult ranch, GO HERE. They have helped… me in every aspect of my recovery from my mental health to my addiction and everything inbetween. Prepare yourself for some intense groups, especially Cassandras groups. Her groups go deep and will have you in tears (in a healthy way) Joe Kane is another hard hitter. He knows his craft. Trust his process. The counselors are great too. I had James, A young man with the wisdom and intelligence of a person 30 years older than him. The other counselors are great too. ALL of them. Techs arent jerks either. They will accomodate you. Anyways, yes. This is the place to go for treatment. You can thank me later. Gary O
