Been to other Banner hospitals in regards to my high risk pregnancy and this one by far has been the best service I have received. I went to get an answer on why I was having problems which no other hospital has been… able to tell me why and they don’t run a lot of tests. And here I’m getting asked so many questions and a lot of tests are being ran because they want to know what is going on. Upon coming in Tony is the kindest soul and you can tell he actually likes his job. He made me feel heard and let me know they would help me figure out what is going on and apologized for what I was going through which felt so reassuring. After taking my vitals and weight he asked if he can give me a hug and wished me the best. Got taken back 20 minutes after which was insane to me after waiting hours at the other hospitals to be seen. I am laying here waiting to be seen but by far this has been the best service everyone talks so calmly and nicely and it feels like they actually listen to what people are going through. Thank you to all the staff here you guys are amazing.

I have had a very good experience and care in this facility, I had no family or friends looking out for me in the hospital, it was all the nurses, staff and doctors who took very good care of me. I would rate the… experience & care 5/5 Thank you

I was having blood clots and had to beg to be admitted. They did a CT which was normal and then wanted to discharge me. They wouldn’t even look at all my blood clot pictures. I have had bipolar 2 which is hypomania and… the minute they took my medication list they treated me like a psychotic person. They told me several different things while I waited three days. I will get a colonoscopy so I don’t eat for two days. Head doctor, Dr. Oji finally comes in demanding why I am not eating. I told him he told me I was going to have a colonoscopy. That the nurse said I would get prep later that night. So I eat, then said I wouldn’t get colonoscopy. Wanted to discharge me even though they had been giving me oxycodone and wanted to give me morphine because I was writhing in pain. Same doctor comes by the next day and says I am having stomach issues due to my anxiety. Asked if I had c-diff because I had been homeless or in a mental institution! I have maintained a successful 32-year career and have never been in a mental hospital in my life. As soon as they saw my medication list list I feel like they thought I was making everything up. Discharged and that night had excruciating pain, saw my Gastoenterologist the next day and immediately scheduled and upper endoscopy and a colonoscopy. Ugh!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They didn't even clean my wound after an avulsion, leading to the opportunity of an infection forming. They did nothing but wrap it, and gave me meds. This place is an embarrassment to… the medical community and should be looked at for improper practices.

I will admit after reading the reviews about delivering at this hospital i was a bit wary...However , from the moment I got there me and my partner had a warm welcome. The entire staff ,day or night crew, were… personalable and caring. They work their *** off for sure . Not all heros wear capes, some are in scrubs working around the clock to give the best care they can. Assisted dressing, assisted bathroom use , medication distribution, needs of all kinds honestly...they are on GO. I had a c section and i needed all that care my self. Thank you too every one from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent doctors, nurses, PT, OT and overall hospital following lower back surgery. My only complaint was the urologist who didn’t give me any instructions about my catheter and started to leave. When I asked if I can… develop an UTI, he said no and left. Sorry, I know two people who died from UTI’s, so I’m doing my own homework. I've made an appointment at Banner to see another urologist in a couple of weeks.

I was told by my PCP, rheumatologist, and neurologist to go to ER. My issue was not investigated. I had basic labs and a CT of a body part that did not make sense for the issue I was having. The ER doctor did NOT do a… physical exam, other than listen to my heart which wasn’t my issue , and I was discharged. The ER told me to follow up with the my PCP. When I told my doctors what tests I had done and what I was told by the ER, they told me to go to another ER because they did not order the appropriate testing for my issue which was emergent and could not wait.
