Banyan Health Systems – Miami (3800 West Flagler Street) Detox and Rehab Services
Banyan Health Systems – Miami (3800 West Flagler Street) is recorded as offering detox, residential treatment and intensive outpatient. The withdrawal stage is clinically observed, which is what makes it safer than stopping alone. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. They are very unprofessional, they have the to ask you if you speak English because they don't. Appointment ate never respected. They are there just to get a paycheck. Rude, they mess up medicine, Appointments. They… hang up on you. Assistance to the Doctors never do their job. They don't care and think they are in their country where people are not held accountable for medical errors and they forgot this is a mental health facility. Extremely irresponsible, incompetent and they are a liability. I think they forgot this is USA not Cuba where the first language is English. You can complain and nothing gets done. Until one day they will get sued for lack of knowledge, language, respect and professionalism and mistakes keep adding up. From Appointments, to mess up medication. I am not a patient but take care of one and I have been dealing with this place. CHANGE ALL STAFF AND GET BILINGUAL PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. STOP COVERING FOR YOUR FRIENDS AT WORK.
I am very satisfied and happy with the service I received today. The service was very quick and efficient. I recommend it to everyone 100/10...thank you!!!
Best health care center ever. Doctors and assistant are amazing. I recommend this place because there are fast and convenient healthcare facilities. I was there today and all my results were positive in reference to the… service. Fast and convenient. Costumer services 100% positive and the staff are above and beyond. Thank you lady’s.
This clinic is the best; I've been treated there for many years and I send them many blessings.
I haven't been there myself, and I know they help a lot to those who need it, but I also think they should have a little more empathy for the patients.
If you are a recovering addict i suggest you not to go here ive been on suboxone medication for over 3 years from a old opioid addiction and i ran out of medication and went here with severe withdrawls very bad pain and… they made me fill out a bunch of paper work then charged me $75.00 co pay before seeing the psychiatrist her name was Piscilla M Juncadella after telling her the pain i was going trough telling here i dont want to relapse on opioids having so many of my friends die in the past from this matter she refused to give me a prescription because of the medications i was taking she was joking about my status she told me she was not going to prescribed me the suboxone because i was taking adderall and xanax that i was combining them ive never had that issue before with any of my psychiatrists i told her im in so much pain im going to have to relapse on opiods if i dont get my medication and she refused to help me with a smerk on her face she wanted me to do a detox in the facility as if i was still a drug addict i left feeling like i was going to die think twice before seeing these phony people
They're a disaster, the customer service is terrible, it's like you're asking them for a favor just to get any attention.
So far, everything has gone very well for me. The service has been good, and the doctor is wonderful! Every year I have my routine checkups, and I receive the results either in person or by phone, whichever I prefer.
I LOVE This Place They Are All Very Nice and Helpful 🤗😊
I had an excellent experience at this doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming Samantha, Maria and Alicia. Professional, and efficient. The front desk team made check-in easy, and I didn’t… feel rushed or overlooked at any point. Dr. Albelo took the time to truly listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. It’s rare to find a practice that combines genuine care with such a high level of professionalism. The office itself is clean, well-organized, and fun — which makes a big difference. I left feeling confident in my care and well taken care of overall. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who actually prioritizes their patients.
⭐️ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at Banyan Community. I arrived at 9:00 AM and was not finished until 1:00 PM, which is an unreasonable wait time—especially during pregnancy. This is my third child, so I… am very familiar with prenatal care. I specifically asked for prenatal vitamins to be prescribed through my insurance, and instead I was told to purchase over-the-counter CVS brand vitamins, which defeats the purpose of asking for a prescription. While waiting in the exam room, I could clearly hear staff loudly arguing, talking over each other, and openly stating they didn’t know what the other person was doing. It felt unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely uncomfortable as a patient. Prenatal care should feel calm, supportive, and coordinated. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking prenatal care.
I've been going to that clinic since 2023. Dr. Albelo delivered my first child, and she delivered my second as well. I love it there. Whenever I have a question, I call and they answer it super fast. They also schedule… appointments for me. I've never had any problems with anything.
This is the worst place have ever brought a patient to that needed medical and mental help they’re useless. They don’t care they make you wait. They’re nasty and if you’re looking for mental health, do not come here if… you really want to get help. This was a complete waste of time
I recommend coming here. Staff and service was great. Especially these two front desk staff Samantha and Maria. Lovely ladies who did everything they can to help me with my appointments.
It used to be a really good clinic, but now it's become the worst, both in terms of service and appointments. They schedule appointments up to two months in advance. It seems like nobody wants to work there. They always… say they're full, but when you get there, there's nobody around. They just walk right past you and do absolutely nothing. Absolutely terrible. 👎🏻
Very good laboratory, the services is very good and the staff is very nice and attentive, they caring of my Son very well, thank you very much,I recommend this place 💯 %
This place is even worth 1 star!!! Worst administration worst attitude rude uneducated people ever! Do not go ! Find another office!!! I guarantee nothing worst than this
Excellent care and service. At CSU there are many nurses dedicated to their patients.
I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Ariel Cajigal.
Excellent service pharmacy staff BELLA
Clinic with spectacular service from all staff 5 out of 5
I’ve never gone to a place who takes such horrible care in their patients. Takes months to get a appointment even if coming from the emergency room.. Takes forever for them to send over medication to the pharmacy… You… have a appointment for 2pm and end up getting seen at way after appointment time. this is outrageous
Remove the equipment from the front of the clinic and the manager; they are very rude and mistreat patients, and people go there because they trust you.
I'm waiting until next year to switch because they're the worst clinic in Miami. Nobody calls to schedule an appointment, and you have to call to get the results of your tests and analyses. They never tell you if you're… okay or not. You call and they treat you badly. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. With so many clinics in Miami offering the same services, it's unbelievable that they provide such poor service. I absolutely do not recommend them.
My experience has been fabulous, and the care has always been extraordinary; they've treated me so well. Dr. Andres Pareja is very professional and empathetic, and I admire his dedication. Thank you so much, and… blessings always. The nurses are also wonderful. THANK YOU ❤️
