If I could do no stars i would but I’m Not to happy with my therapist Shelly right now. Cause at my last session she told me that it’s up to me to come back or not when I still need sessions. And she always repeats her… self at every session and doesn’t really care or listen. And she canceled my last 3 appointments and they won’t give me a new therapist and I’m thinking about going somewhere else.

Horrible experience . Dropped my daughter at the door for new intake registration around 7pm yesterday. They won't even let you inside. Have to sit outside on a bench waiting for hours to be called in. When asked… howmuch longer, got a rude answer: just go sit on the bench!!Two hours later she was still sitting outside in the dark all by herself. Being told it could be Two more hours. I Picked her back up for the nite, took her back this morning at 8 am, still the same story, now is 3pm and she was still outside waiting. Is this how people are being treated ?? Inhumane!!

This place is a joke. I was discharged from therapy without my consent no offering of a slow transition, NOT given and proper referral was just told to "go look up some internet therapist" and the excuse because… "baycare restructured how they operate everyone is now short term". No prior warning that this was happening NO letter, NO phone call, NO text, NO email NOTHING. Not exactly sure how they think making decisions for patients without warning, knowledge, or consent was a good idea. But that put me in a very bad place mentally. I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure that what just happened to me was not only unprofessional but illegal.

MICHELLE IS THE WORST AND HONESTLY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH KIDS. MICHELLE HAD A BIG ATTITUDE WITH MY 5 YR OLD CHILD THIS MORNING! THIS IS MY DAUGHTERS SECOND TIME SEEING HER! AND MICHELLE HUFFS AND PUFFS… SMACKING HER LEG ROLLING HER EYES AT MY KID ALL BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WANTED ME HER MOTHER WITH HER DURING THE SESSION. MY DAUGHTER DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND MICHELLE WITH HOW SHE ACTED TOWARDS MY CHILD THIS MORNING! MICHELLE SINCE THE FIRST DAY DIDNT WANNA DEAL WITH MY DAUGHTER TRYING TO PUSH HER TO ANOTHER FACILITY! MICHELLE DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE PROBLEM BEFORE TRYING TO PUSH MY DAUGHTER TO ANOTHER FACILITY!

I am writing to express significant concerns regarding the care provided to my relative during her recent stay at this facility, following a court-mandated commitment under the Baker Act. Despite substantial evidence… from multiple credible sources—including a social worker at Adult Protective Services, an employee from the Coalition for the Homeless, and various law enforcement officers—indicating serious mental health decline, she was released with what can only be described as an insufficient and questionable diagnosis. The premature release, after less than half the allowed five-day period, is deeply troubling. It reflects a concerning lack of thorough evaluation and the apparent failure to identify the need for continued care and intervention for a clearly vulnerable individual. As a result, my relative’s situation has now been irreparably compromised, and her life will be significantly altered due to the lack of adequate healthcare and professional support provided at this facility. Given the circumstances, I would strongly advise anyone seeking care for a loved one with complex mental health needs to carefully consider alternatives. It is my belief that this facility's approach falls short of the standard of care required for individuals in need of professional, compassionate, and thorough mental health support.

My brother has been in this place for a month now with mental health issues. he has made no progress at recovery and in fact seems to have regressed. I have visited several times and its more of a jailhouse feel than a… recovery center. Given the choice I would remove him from there.

I'm not sure there's so many negative reviews. Everyone has been nice to me. The pharmacy people are no nonsense but not rude. And the ladies at the desk are all sweet. I fo have problems with call backs tho. Bit it's a… good enough place. The pharmacy even ships my meds for me and calls me when my refill date gets close. It's not like super fancy but I've dealt with people 10x worse.

Don Davis laughed at me because I was off my ADD meds for a week because they forced me to come in for a surprise drug test!!! They treated me like a drug addict because I have my LEGAL medical marijuana card. They drug… tested me for the first time in EVER and I have been with them for over 16 years. then I get a blood pressure medication for ADD after I’ve been on Adderall for over 23 years!!! I am then told I will have zero withdrawal symptoms for a stimulant I’ve been on for over 23 years!! You should know Don Davis that a stimulant is going to have withdrawal symptoms, a medication that literally is amphetamine!! You should lose your license !!! Nurse practitioner Don Davis! Laughing at a patient, shame on you!!! Your bedside manner needs attention!

Words cannot express my gratitude for this facility. From the moment I walked in to checking out and receiving my future appointment I was treated with upmost respect and care. Miss Brandi was my nurse and I was seen by… Dr. Fields, and Dr. Hansen. Not only were they professional but they were very kind and simply provided exemplary patient care. I am a patient for life!

I am in disbelief. This place cancels appts like they make them just in case they feel like seeing you. Today was the 5th time my appt was canceled and this time they said it’s because I didn’t pick up the call and… confirm the appt. I MADE THE APPT! Then the extremely rude supervisor got on the phone (judy) and said “that’s our protocol MA’AM” she was so condescending that my head was spinning. She has NO BUSINESS working there. She should work at usaa where they normally gaslight you and talk down to you. Who cares that I lost 3 hours of work and had to have my pto approved! That’s not her problem! Who cares that I’m grieving my mother’s death and I needed dr Harris? Not Judy’s problem! DO BETTER!!! Your protocol—and your supervisor—SUCKS!!

This review is for my experience with Dr. Harris. He was one of those psychiatrists who doesn’t listen to or respect the wishes of his patients. He did not take time to get to know me or my background and instead just… asked a list of yes or no questions which I assume he must have got straight from the DSM 5. He instantly tried to prescribe medication I didn’t feel I needed simply on the basis of my past diagnoses. All I was looking for was a Psych I could go to in order to get refills for my Zoloft. I am stable and happy with the regimen I am on! When I told him I wasn’t interested in Respiradone because of its documented effect on male and female hormones, weight gain, and drowsiness he Gaslighted me saying none of that was true. He proceeded to prescribe it anyway for “legal purposes”. When I left I found out that Respiradone is a medication that could harm my unborn child! If I could give him a 0 I would. 1. For not listening or caring about my input or wishes. 2. For prescribing medication that is contraindicated for pregnancy. 3. For gaslighting 4. For being an arrogant prick
