All of the staff that work here, have been amazing not only just as their job as human beings that genuinely care and I believe the highest amount of patient's success stories I will be forever grateful!
I have to say Anthony is the glue that holds that place together, he is great ! He is the most helpful man i ever met . He goes goes the extra mile for every one and runs the that place like a clock Ed .D
I have to say, I'm pretty happy with this place. Of course, I don't have anything else to compare it to, but it seems pretty good to me. The wait times are usually not too bad either.
This place is complete trash since bhg took over. All they care about is how to save more money. They make us call in twice a week to see if we need to go in and show them our remaining doses. Used to be they’d call you… and tell you to come in. So now we need to do their job. The people that work here is like a revolving door and no one stays long except Kathy. I dont know how she does it. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! Maybe Codac or discovery
If you can get off opiates through detox, do it. This place told me I had a dirty urine when I never even had given a sample that month. Not the staff fault, they're great. But wish I got clean on my own. My teeth are… falling apart, there's always an issue with some other patient. Nurses are great. But don't think anyone without time off the wagon should ever be a counselor. Makes people never want to open up. It's a mind set that simply cannot be taught. Cannot wait until I never see this place again. 12 counselors in 4 years. No one lasts. Mine is great, but very young and not a clue.
Was a great clinic and honestly has great staff other then DR.Skip. I ve never been talked down and felt so disrespected and belittled by a doctor like the way he does and the only way we can stop him is by filing… grievances . Please if you have an issue with him don't just let it go. File a grievance with the clinic and the board health. The world doesn't need doctors like him. Some states will not let him practice due to his past behavior , RI should take his liscence as well

The new owners have rules like prison..thats what it reminds me of when I walk in the place!! That and how much I've destroyed my life..depressing! Before the employees were there for yrs,now everytime you go in… everyone is new AGAIN! Get clean so you don't have these handcuffs on for life!!
Short lines, no trouble. The only problem is higher than usual staff turnover rate. Only 1 counselor has been there any amount of time & she is the best. Authora is the best because she has been there & she knows what… it's like. I had her about 4 yrs & because of increase intake they gave me to a very nice young person, but, I don't believe for a minute not 1 other counselor besides Authora has been there. How can a social worker with no real life experiences counsel me? Not very happy there right now. Thinking of going back to Codac in EP. Also more new rules instituted recently. One that really bothers me is you now must have 3 months clean urines for a take home. It used to be 2 which bothered me. Just ridiculous. Especially when you have 5 takehomes earned and they chang that just before takehome 6. Yet I went on vacation for 20 days & I was trustworthy enough for that. Not now probably. As far as other people c/o drug deals on premises, there are alot less here than elsewhere. Obviously by comments made by said person they haven't been to many if any other clinics where takehomes are being sold in parking lot. My 5 take homes were taken away on a friday due to a false positive on a mouth swab. They had me give an observed urine the next day but still kept my take homes despite the fact my urine was negative. They promised me I'd have transportation for the weekend. I called mtm at 11:30 pm friday night & lo & behold I am not scheduled to have a ride for this w/e. I'm alone. All my friends are deceased. I'm a disabled 60.yr old widow. I don't know who is at fault for me not being able to get there, but I think it's very cruel that a 60 yr old disabled woman is going to be very sick come monday!!!! You would think that they would have made good on thier promise of a ride if they really cared. Someone, somewhere along the line is sleeping well tonight despite the fact they didn't do thier job. Me, I won't be sleeping till monday, I'll be sick as a dog puking my brains out. Thank You Journey!!
Its a nice place if you like going tona place that the patients sell their medicine and sell other kinds of drugs while people are on line to to in. The Doctor is judgemental impatient and unwilling to listen to his… patience weather new or old he assumes he knows whats best regardless of your situation. The worst part is when u disagree you could be very polite about it and the staff will make you out to look like some hunny patient that dosent have a weeks worth of takehomes and clean urines of course. The peolple that say its great its fast its because they dose but dont have take homes so they dont have to wait for the medicine and they probably have a low dose and never speak to the doctor. If u dont bother to ask them to do their job respectfully they will be very nice. God forbid you really need help and they waste your time by making u see the doctor so that they can talk to him themselves and then he has his mind made up about you and wht hes gonna do with your situation. The medical staff with the exception of Frank and the short lady with the short hair are offensive judgemental and rude ther othe 40% are just there till they have to leave and 10% actuall care and want to help but thats the percentage with no authority. Ever since the director , may he rest in peace, passed tgis place does not care about the patience especially the one following the rules
Being disabled it is hard to get anywhere. But untill recently i never had a hard time getting in the handicap entrance. I arrived at 855 on a sunday and rang the bell for 20 min. No one anserwed the door. They closed… early with no notice. Not feeli g too good.
An amazing clinic, one of the fastest to get in and out of, amazing counselors!! Best clinic in R. I.
If you have somewhere to be don't plan on being on time these people don't give two fu*ks if your late to work or not
