The clinic has improved tremendously since the new administration was put in place last year. Not only has it been refurbished externally with a new floor and paint, but internally as well with a new staff of counselors… and nurses who are professional and take their positions seriously. I have been at this clinic for over 27 years now and I can say in all honesty that the clinic has never been better. The staff goes the extra mile for the clients and they are always willing to work with you to improve your quality of life. Definitely a positive and professional environment!
This place has saved me more than once!! They are all great here!!
These people saved my wife and I'm happy for her
good stuff.q
23 years on the medication ready to touchdown with the proper approach and approval
Friendly,Caring, non judgmental nursing and counseling staff. Edit October '25 Same as before but I feel like the new admin staff are way more on top of things. Thank you. (Hopefully google finally let me fix my typos)
Jenn at the front desk is incredible — always kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. She’s gone above and beyond helping my wife get back into the clinic, and it really shows. There have been a lot of changes lately,… but they seem to be for the better. The holiday decorations even make the clinic feel warmer. Johanna, the new nurse, has been doing great, and my counselor, Tara, has been amazing — supportive, understanding, and truly invested in helping me stay on track. Most of the staff here really do go above and beyond, though not every single person hits that mark every day. Overall, it’s a solid clinic that genuinely helps people move forward.
A terrific institution.
I have recommended friends and fam to this facility. The nurses are cool, counselors go outa there way to help yall. Cool place.
Great experience, the place has got much better over a few months. This place use to be a nightmare. Now it's on the right track.
I have been off and on methadone for about 8 or 9 years. The people heat BHG, though their have been and intense amount of changes and transitions going on lately, have been nothing short of kind, comfrotting, and… patient. The dr, dr letchford is one of the best drs I’ve had to date. My counselor Whitney has Gone above and beyond to help me In too many ways to count. I am so grateful for the team they have. I do still miss the nurses Susan and Deborah, as well as the old director kim and the even the old administration assistant Gwen. I do even miss the old nurse Cynthia. But the new team is immensely helpful. My first counselor Kristi was one of the best I’ve ever had. But Whitney is by far the most caring and compassionate counselor I’ve had by far. She has gone above and beyond the duties of her job and helps me in ways even now that personally warm my heart. The team that I have met are amazing 5 stars, I’ve started many of my own friends here, and I will continue to recommend this place over the life change center in Reno and sparks always.
This place has saved my life!!!
I've been coming here for many years, I love all the people who work here they really do a lot to help you and make you feel heard . I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Friendly staff and the new director is doing a fine job. The new nurse p
Very helpful.
It's really helped me with my addiction. And now with the new people there, it's a pleasure to go and if you're trying to get it off drugs, this would be the perfect spot to go
💜💜💜 🌟 I’m seriously LOVING all the new changes! From the counselors and nurses to the receptionist — the whole team is amazing! The energy, teamwork, and positive vibes are unmatched. You can really tell this new crew… loves what they do and truly cares about everyone who walks through the door. 💛 I hope it stays this way!! 🙌✨
Been here since 2011 & this place has always always had non stop changes but I can tell you the changes in the last 6mos at least have been very different in a great way! The staff loves their job & genuinely cares,… it’s cleaner, happier, brighter, & just so different…I really hope it stays this way!! This newest group of counselors are just amazing Shout to Lauren! 😝 Jenn at the front desk amazing literally interacts with everyone, the new manager she is also amazing. This newest group team is TRULY a team!!! I hope it stays this way!! Thank you BHG & staff!! 💜💜💜
I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect by staff & patients alike! I really like coming to this clinic.
I love this center they have been so helpful Jenn at the front desk brightens everyone’s morning with her bubbly personality and great smile, Nadine my counselor really cares and is there for me, Elena the Program… director has really helped me with everything here. Even other counselors have taken time to show they care and Johanna the nurse is amazing. Dr. Letchford truly understands where we are. So if you are struggling with addiction please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for help.
I need to update my previous post. Now that the new company has taken over you can see the immense difference it's making. From the Jen our front desk lady(who is AMAZING AND A VAST IMPROVEMENT FROM THE LAST) to our new… clinic director and even the counselors have more a bond and a team spirit (and a much more positive attitude and outlook). It makes me proud to go to this clinic. I miss our old nurses( they will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart) but Joanne is a wonderful addition to the new BHG team and it feels like she's always been here honestly. I'm so glad this company came in and turned this place around. They brought a new and awesome team, they took our counselors and gave them a chance to make a real systemic change, and they are cleaning things up around here for the best. I'm so happy they are doing such huge things for us and our community!
I have been going here for a very long time and I’ve always had a great experience with the people and the doctors here! Thank you all at BHG for treating everyone with kindness and respect!
Death here are amazing! They are all so caring and loving. I would not want to go anywhere else.
Everybody is very nice and the costumes look great
