BJC Behavioral Health – Saint Louis (Lindbergh Business Court)

BJC is amazing. They have helped me in times of crisis, I have a whole care team with them and I don’t know what I’d do without them. Highly recommend

They were good years back but within the last year it has been bad. My client is on a spendown program with Medicaid where she gets nursing & home care giver. Bjc has messed up paperwork that she does not get that. Bjc… is passing the buck saying that it is Family Service problem, we have been there & the computer is saying she still has those services but the nurse & caregiver are not getting paid because Bjc isn't marking the paperwork correctly. There are a few doctors not getting paid either. We have been fighting this for a year. Neglect on Bjc part by not providing nursing to my client. Sad really sad. Her meds are messed up due to this but Bjc is saying it is not their fault. My suggestion DO NOT USE BJC FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DEAL WITH SPENDDOWN PROGRAM WITH MEDICAID. BJC SEEMS TO NOT CARE IF THEY GET NURSING OR CAREGIVING. THEY ARE NEGLECTING THE PATIENT AND DON'T CARE IF HER MEDS ARE MESSED UP OR NOT.

I have been with BJC Behavioral Health for a little over a year now. They have always been very kind and prompt in their care. I have a medical team here that helps me with my medications and a therapist who helps me to… process and overcome my specific issues. The front desk has always been very helpful with any questions or scheduling concerns I've had.

I can not get my google maps to play over my Bluetooth. What is wrong?? It will play at first then stop.

When they have a case manager that tells a young adult with an intellectual disability that in the end the decision is theirs.you shouldn’t be a case manager.people with an intellectual disability need assistance to… live a life to the best of their ability.not enabled to make poor choices because the have a disability that hinders their ability to process information as most people can.

I was discriminated against!

THEY JUST SIT AROUJF YELL AT KIDS AND THATS ALL THEY MADE ME GO HOME AT 3:00???? OH MY GOSH JUST PLEASE GO WORK AT SOMEWHERE I AINT AGREE 2 ANY OF THESE THEY MAKE U WAIT LIKE 59 HOURS TO LEAVE!!!! ITS TERRIBLE THEY… CAUSED ME TROUBLE AND MORE THEY DO NO GOOD BUT THAN YRLL AT YOU!! NO ONE WANTS A DOWN SYNDROME DOCTOR EXCUSE ME???? ATLEAST ITS PRETTY INSIDE BUT I SAW 48 ROACHES ALMOST!!! PLEASE, GET RID OF THIS??? ITS TERRIBLE WHAT IS THIS ABOMATION IN “MENTAL” HEALTH PLACE???

I've been going here since 2017. It's 2023 now and they have provided me with absolutely no meaningful support for my mental health conditions. In fact in many cases the errors they've made have made my position worse.… These people are negligent on their best days and actively abusive on their worst. If they weren't literally my only option I wouldn't still be here. These people are so bad at their jobs. EDIT These people are so bad at their jobs I have decided no help at all is better than the help I was getting from BJC. Do not trust these negligent quacks.

I changed my rating because they are too busy to help everyone. They will misdiagnose you. I would recommend finding a general practitioner and a therapist that will listen to you.

issue with my sons medication and trying to get him on one that works, it has been a month and she never got the pre authorization sent to the insurance, she just sent to someone else to do and never follows up till… make appointment to say it hasn't been done. When your upset and tell them you feel like they don't care and not doing job. She just drops you, while your already struggling, since she couldn't do her job. I strongly suggest do not use her as a doctor if you need one who cares. Who drops a child who needs care over her own pride. You don't deserve to be a doctor

I started services with this location the summer of 2014 and I can't say anything bad about this place. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. The staff are excellent. If if wasn't for my treatment team here I wouldn't… have made the progress that I have. I highly recommend getting services here!

Dr Sarwar took on my sons case after we had been trying to find a psychiatrist to treat him for at least 2 years, we appreciate her doing so! She is such a wonderful Dr and person! We have only met with her 2 times so… far but already feel so blessed to have her treating our son. She doesn’t make us feel rushed, listens and answers all of our questions. Our little guy had such a hard time at our last appointment, she handled the situation better than us! We feel extremely blessed to have her helping our son.
