Bright Harbor Healthcare – Bayville Detox and Rehab Services
Bright Harbor Healthcare – Bayville is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Bright Harbor Healthcare – Bayville Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 340 Atlantic City Boulevard, Bayville, New Jersey, 8721. Ocean County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Bright Harbor Healthcare – Bayville Reviews and Ratings
Referring professionals and healthcare workers who have worked with Bright Harbor Healthcare can leave a review in this section, as can patients and their loved ones. Accounts of how referrals and handovers were handled are especially useful.
I highly don’t recommend very rude and most of them are related as a nurse for 22 years. These people do not treat their patients right they do not care. They are highly unprofessional . Their attitude are horrible. Do… not go to this place.
This organization operates with a level of indifference that is impossible to ignore. The staff provide shallow, surface‑level ‘help,’ constantly referring clients elsewhere so someone else can collect the highest… payout for the least amount of actual work. Clients are treated like livestock—processed, not cared for—with no real compassion, insight, or empathy. What makes it even worse is that the more ‘heads’ they collect for profit, the less they actually help anyone. People who genuinely want or need support are ignored or discarded because real work doesn’t fit their model. As they gather more bodies to inflate their numbers, their ability to meaningfully serve anyone collapses—they take on far more clients than the shallow help they’re capable of providing. It feels as though maximizing profit through neglect has become the priority, not genuine progress or support. At this point, it’s hard to understand the purpose of this organization beyond looking good on paper and justifying their funding to the state.
I called this facility hoping to schedule an appointment because I struggle with severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Unfortunately, my experience with the woman who answered the phone, Lori, was extremely upsetting.… She was very rude and dismissive, which made it much harder for me to reach out for help. I worry that if she speaks to someone else the same way, it could truly discourage them from getting the help they need — or even be their last straw. People who call a mental health facility are often already in a very vulnerable place, and compassion and patience should be the bare minimum. I hope this feedback encourages management to make sure everyone who answers the phone treats callers with empathy and understanding.
Never ask for pathway they will never help you worst organization
This place is awful . There is no one at the office and no one sends a telehealth visit when it's due.
I have only been to the office once. I had an appointment and the wait wasn’t long. My nurse was Tricia and she was so very sweet and helpful. Really listened to me when I spoke to her and put me at ease. She even spoke… with me on the phone recently and helped me during by a rough time. If you go there ask for her.
I give it a one don't send a love on their. The dauring the day they have groups more then 20 people in a group. You don't really get anything out of them. Some of the casemangers act like they don't want to be there… and their groups are nothing where no one talks or shares. And when the state comes around they put a big show on for Medicaid. Medicaid don't let the casemangers pick a client to talk too you when you come around . chance are they are covering their asses and the client they pick is probably a show off or attention seeker who thinks there better then the rest of them
I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I have been through hell and back a dozen of times and all I needed was a reliable psychiatrist. They've cancelled appointment after appointment. While I was on homebound trying… to go back to school they cancelled ANOTHER appointment and I was forced to go back to school without medication or being able to talk with a therapist. I ended up having to go back on homebound for the rest of my senior year, which resulted in me not attending any important high school events (prom, senior service day, etc..) They finally got me another appointment after my 18th birthday, when there, they basically talked very briefly about recent traumatic events and then started me on Prozac. My prozac made me for one have several mental breakdowns within the first 3 weeks, and then on top of that it made me extremely nauseous to the point I was vomiting multiple times a day, I dropped like 10 pounds. I finally worked up the courage to return to school for my graduation practice, the first one was inside and it went great! The following monday was my graduation day, and in the morning we had practice outside. Little did I know, prozac has a rare side effect of sun sensitivity. I passed out and was vomiting, a security guard put me on a wheelchair and brought me inside to the nurse, and I was sent home(they told me I was still allowed to walk). Later that day, after taking a nap, I felt a little better and decided to drive to wawa, and ended up passing out behind the wheel, after that, I decided it would be best to not walk in my graduation in fear of making a fool out of myself by throwing up, and/or passing out in front of a couple thousand people. After all this I decided to stop taking my Prozac. In attempt of getting in contact with my psychiatrist, they told my mother my doctor was LEAVING THE PRACTICE and they needed to push back my appointment further. This is not the first time this has happened and I will never go back to Ocean Mental Health, and I recommend to anyone who takes mental health as seriously as I do to never go here either.
