It was short staffed the day I went in but the experience was very lovely. My wait was not too long, the 2 people working were in good spirits and did not rush me, was not irritable, and double checked everything with… me before giving medications.

Stevie Holly PA was friendly and did a great job and informing of me to follow up with cancer Dr. And my primary care.

Ashley is seriously the best. Talk about customer service. As busy as this place gets she handles it flawlessly. The best bedside manner and no matter how busy it is she always makes you feel like you are the most… important patient. I’m sure she does that with every patient because that’s just her personality

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and got right in. I always go here when the need arises. Have always been satisfied.

Mary the PA was insightful and recommended I go to Bailey for C-scan. Glad I did as it was diverticulitis and a bladder infection. Wonderful medical professional. MA was kind and caring as well.

The Doctor that treated me was very professional and friendly. Great care and highly recommended.

Quick. Easy to get appointment. Was taken in and treated and on my way in 30mins or less.

My visit was very good - NP Amber was very helpful and through addressing all my concerns and recommended treatments were successful! Also, she informed me the Utica Park has Drs in in Bartlesville as much as I like Dr… Rawlinson -he is in Owasso I will be transferring over to B’ville!

Took my son there for XYZ, was dismissed after less then 1 minute. Left went to a nother provider and it was bad enough he almost got sent to the childrens hospital in Tulsa. We will never go nack

I got in quickly and had good service. I was pleased they were very attentive. I am old and slow.

I showed up close to closing time with a migraine I just couldn't get rid of for days. Everyone in this clinic made me feel okay about showing up late. The CRNP that helped me was amazing. She took time to talk to me… about my headaches and provided a dozen additional suggestions for me for the future. I was in and out in maybe 40 minutes? This was one of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had.

Buyer BEWARE*** Know your Insurance coverage before coming here!!!!! Even after asking the staff about our coverage and copay amounts, I was told we were covered and had NO copay...then 45 days later I get a bill, for… over $100+ due to not being "in network"....The staff knew before I was seen, and they said nothing!!!!!

I would give it a big fat ZERO if I could!! I would not send a dying dog there for attention. I took my sister there after she fell at work (it was where they sent her) walk in and the receptionist had not a clue what… to do, had to have back office people come to help her with the WC stuff to go into the computer. In turn they left my sister and I sitting there with her in a huge amount of pain. Why not take her back and start to see her while you’re incompetent people work it out? They couldn’t read the X-rays, they couldn’t really do anything. It’s called URGENT CARE for a reason and apparently they do know what it mean’s. Very very very poor place to have open. To top the whole thing off, we had to call to get the X-rays reviews so I asked when my sister could go see someone, as she wants to get back to work. To get released she has to see someone there. We were told they would be there Sunday, like many other reviews THEY WEREN’T THERE!! Nobody that could release her was there😳😬😳😬

Great quick care even for babies and young kids

Made an appointment because the hours said their location was open and even showed they were taking in appointments through the mychart portal for today at this location (I double checked and everything). Turns out they… weren't even open. I canceled an appointment elsewhere to go here cause I believed it would've been easier since they had access to my medical records. Now I have to wait for my now even later than what I had originally scheduled appointment with the other urgent care to get the care I've been needing for days now. Absolutely misleading and I am incredibly upset and disappointed. If you are not open then put in on the website instead of toying with sick people like that, so unbelievably thoughtless of them, for shame.
