Amazing caring staff who go above and beyond

3 hours of waiting to see a Dr to get a medication refill. Im told it's sent- 2 and 1/2 hours later here i am at the pharmacy and they NEVER got the script sent over. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They will… lie right to your face and tell you everything is taken care of when it isn't. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider these people are useless

Doesn't help anyone in need. Talks to you like your stupid.

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. What a joke of a place that claims to be for mental health. If you need help, please go somewhere else. Anywhere else. After a 5 hour process, my daughter was turned… away. We went to another facility and after extensive evaluation, she was admitted. If it were up to Burrell to save my daughters life and they were the last straw, they would have absolutely let her die. Thank God I was with her and got her somewhere else. What a shame they call themselves a crisis center.

Had a friend who needed mental health help. He spoke with Sarah Watson she was completely uncaring and unhelpful.

The night staff was completely disrespectful and beyond rude. The male working was instigating and antagonizing me during a very difficult time in my life. I reported the behavior by the staff and they are probably on… the clock right now. I don't know how to stop this from happening to someone.c

Great place. I was sick alchohol detoxing in the hospital and got transferred here. I only stayed a day for personal reasons but the staff was kind and helpful, they made sure everything was taken care of and I felt… safe the entire time.

I've been going to Burrell for six years, i had no problems until my favorite therapist retired. they put me with a woman named Margret, i requested a different therapist and landed with bailey pile. everything was… going fine, i liked the treatment options and the safety plans. The pandemic happened and now it is virtually impossible for patients that were at Burrell before the pandemic to even get an appointment. Yeah the pandemic caused everyone problems but now they throw aside the mentally ill who were affected by the pandemic the most? Seems like a backwards system to me. Hire more staff or something good god.

The staff here was all very kind and helpful. This is the only positive experience Ive had with Burrell. This place gets it right.

Very unprofessional phone etiquette by staff. Process toke way longer than it needed to. Chris was very thorough and helpful. Food was good. The make decisions who gets further help based on personality.

The people who work here saved my life. I am so grateful for the foundation they provided for my recovery. If you have a loved one struggling with addiction they can help.

You should hear what they say when you're at the hospital filling meds. Some don't deserve a job
