Tried to make an appt for EAP. EAP told me I needed an appointment before they'll give an auth code and the clinic won't set up an appt without one. Neither was budging. So much for assistance from either!
Their Crisis Line and support was seriously helpful in a time in my life where I needed it the most. I felt comfortable talking with the therapist and person over the phone. I am so beyond grateful and thankful for this… wonderful business and what they do for people.
