Care Clinic – Bristol

The Care Clinic is amazing! Dr. Norton is such a blessing. She takes the time to get to know you and your issues. She has helped me so much with my addiction and mental health. I’m finally getting my life in order and… it’s all thanks to The Care Clinic! Especially Dr. Norton and Dr. Aroura. I am so thankful for them and the work they put in to help their patients! I still can’t believe that I’m doing so well.

Doctor Benjelloun is pretty awesome. She cares about her patients and seems extremely genuine. But unfortunately the practice is unorganized, getting ahold of anyone is basically impossible. If you must, email seems to… be the best option. Multiple times I would sign on to my appointment to have the check-in receptionist tell me they need to reschedule. Even after waiting for 15-30 minutes. Of my five appointments I talked to the doctor 2 times. Prescriptions got messed up and took 2 weeks to fix, Maybe you will have better luck but I am going to find a telehealth provider who respects my time and answers the phone.

As a busy professional, I was hesitant, but the care clinic's online addiction treatment has been a blessing. Their approach and telemed option made my recovery so much easier. Would highly recommend them for sure.

Went to The Care Clinic for depression treatment. Gotta say, these guys are straight shooters. They handle it well, no sugarcoating, but with respect. Made a big difference for me!

I've been to multiple eating disorder treatment centers before stumbling upon The Care Clinic and let me tell you, NONE of them compare! The staff here truly cares about their patients and it shows in the level of care… they provide. I can finally say that I feel like myself again.

I highly recommend them! They have been a lifesaver. It's hard to find mental health providers that aren't too booked up to see you during a urgent time. The staff has been so kind to me. From the first call I had an… appointment within 3 days.

Trying to get an appointment here is like pulling teeth with a spoon. I looked elsewhere on headway (something I should've done a week ago) and got my appointment confirmed immediately for the next day. I wouldn't give… these people money if it was the last psychiatric office in the country.

The issue isn’t the Dr or NP, it’s the simple fact that they do not prescribe all psych meds!!!! They do not tell you this when you’re paying and it’s TeleHealth program so most pharmacies around VA and TN will not fill… for TeleHealth. When I signed up Kristie told me that it wouldn’t be a problem because they have an office in VA. My pharmacist let me go as a patient and if you truly know how it feels to be let go because some doctor’s office receptionist advised you it’ll be okay. I’m totally embarrassed and ashamed and I did not do Anything!!!! I needed a Doctor who prescribes all mental health meds however this doctor does not!!! It’s ruined my reputation w/ my pharmacy and the pharmacist called my other doctor so I did not have a good experience at all w/ this place except the Dr was nice and did try to help me but it was all for nothing. I didn’t take the prescription and the visit didn’t last but maybe 10 minutes. I called today because my other Dr advised me to try to get my $$$ back but of course, The receptionist said that I couldn’t have it back. My Dr also advised me to report them to the BBB because it’s not right taking that much $$$ from a patient for nothing!!! I wish I’d never ever even called them. If you take Benzos— do not expect to get them here. Just want ppl to be aware of this so they won’t waste hard earned $$$.
