Dr. Zhou was exceptional. He listened attentively and paid close attention to the information I shared. His experience working with veterans at the VA was particularly valuable in addressing my needs. We discussed… medication management and developed a strategy that I felt comfortable with. The doctors here are fine, you get what you pay for and I feel like all psychiatrists offices are about the same. I emailed to make a new appointment and recently got married and am in the middle of the name change… process. Someone from the office called me and gave me attitude for not including my maiden name in my email, but that legally is no longer my last name. She said it is hard to find me in the system, so to include it next time. However, she never asked me these questions when she first called. Was just very weird and off-putting. Usually you would ask the patient these questions and verify when you call, not blame them for not putting it in the email.

Great communication, warm smiles, and very easy to get an appointment. The office staff, phone representative and the professionals are caring and honest.

In person and virtual appointments. Beautiful office in a convenient location. Helpful staff. Dr. Zhao is thoughtful and flexible. Appointments book out many weeks, but they do what they can to fit you in. This seems to… be the case for most good psychiatrists. Recommended.

At times I find it difficult to understand the receptionist. She has an accent and I have difficulty understanding. This is something I live with. Not necessarily her problem
