Centerstone – Fort Myers (4350 Fowler Street) Detox and Rehab Services
What Centerstone – Fort Myers (4350 Fowler Street) offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Accounts that address points like these are usually the most informative.
So my name is Mark Castro, and in November of last year I started going to Centerstone, which I was reluctant to do at first the supervisor called me from there and talked me into coming in. I was going there weekly. I… went in the last weekend of July and sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes to not have an appointment. I’m not sure what happened that day but there were some confusion. Fine no big deal. I come back the next week. They tell me I’ve been discharged. They told me that after four months they automatically discharge people. When I first went there, they told me I can go there as long as I want now they wanna move me to some other facility for therapy after I’ve gotten comfortable with them. I was going to therapy to be a better version of myself for my daughter. But I do wanna think their employees for everything they did for me. They were definitely good to me, but they’re supervisors need to get in touch with their clients and realize that you can’t just cut them loose on society also for other people that might see this mental illness is real. These people really do help you so don’t get discouraged by what I’m saying God bless everyone that took the time to read this.
Ebene is the best therapist in centerstone!!!
I just want to say that I'm truly grateful for the people that God has bless to help me I'm thankful for Elizabeth and Mrs therline they are heaven sent those ladies are loving and caring and they really listen to your… problems and do whatever it takes I some times feel like they only have angels working at centerstone I'm truly happy that god put those ladies in my life 😇💕🥰thank you to everyone at centerstone 🥹💕 Have a bless day
My team at centerstone , Therlin , Jose , Jenna , Elizabeth , & my Beckyyy ( you’ll always be missed ❤️ ) are the best to come to ! They are awesome , make sure your better than when they came to you ! They are amazing… , i love my crew
I been homeless over two weeks, and no one help me find a place to stay and no one called
Don’t let anyone fool you — the CAT team is the real deal. They’re a group of highly skilled professionals with genuine hearts of gold… and they’re also incredibly sharp. They have a sixth sense for what’s really going… on, and they show up with patience, kindness, and a calm confidence that instantly puts you at ease. Suzanne, in particular, can catch an emotional fastball with one hand and bring the entire room into clarity with a single insight — and every member of the team has that same level of discernment and presence. After working with them for over a year with BOTH of my adopted children (10 and 15), I truly cannot say enough good things about every single one of them. As someone who has walked through addiction, homelessness, and is now raising adopted kids with complex histories, I have a LOT of perspective. This team consistently saw me as the caregiver. They listened. They adapted. They bent over backwards when needed. And they always made sure I felt supported, not judged. The transformation in my life — and in my children’s lives — has been absolutely profound. They had no trouble accommodating BOTH of my children and treating them BOTH as individuals with individualized teams and plans. As someone who loves Jesus, I can say with total honesty: these women carry servant hearts, no matter where they are in their personal journeys. They showed up for my kids again and again. They didn’t take it personally when my kids were overwhelmed, and they didn’t judge me when I was overwhelmed too. They created a safe space where I could be completely honest. I am forever grateful.
CenterStone has been a rock for me during challenging times. The therapists are compassionate, professional, and truly supportive. I’m grateful for the care and guidance I’ve received here.
I have never had better therapist and counselors before!! Thank you so much Bek and Jose for helping me stay sober!!!! And Liz is just started working with us awesome too!! I've had other substnce abuse counselors in… past and never have had actual help and progress from them . Bek and Jose and Liz are the best !!!
It has been a blessing to receive support from Centerstone. Louise has taken the time to understand my case needs and help with solutions. I can see that she cares about her clients, and treats people as unique… individuals. The entire team that supports me understands that mental health issues impact people differently and have been patient and available during this process. Louise, Corina, Carmello, Lisa, and the front desk staff, Marti & Kris have helped me feel safe while seeking help.
So if there were more stars to give, I would!! I honestly did NOT think I was going to learn or get any kind of help that I needed. The first few visits I had with them I was so overwhelmed with life and work. As it… went on by the 5th visit with Bek I realized I really wanted to stay in the program and work with them. She insisted that I go and meet Jose. After I had a visit with Liz, Bek, and Jose I finally felt like I had a team that was there to help me and not there to judge me or my parenting. Honestly now that I really think about it they have changed my life and don't even realize it. Bek is my main counselor and that's where my trust began and has guided me through. Thank you for just being there for me!
Flite team has been a blessing for me despite the reason of me coming to them. Bek and Jose are great and I’ve learned a lot in becoming a better person and parent. Elizabeth I have to say a special thanks too , she is… truly an amazing woman. Shes very smart , always upfront with me and tells me the truth and is firm a no B.S type person and I honestly needed that as many do. Her story of what she went through and now sharing that to help people see there is a better life and be able to also be a parent. That’s a woman you look up too and I think she’d be great as a leader cause she’s making a change in my life and will make a difference in many others if given the chance. These three workers are angels in different ways , thank you!
Liz/Jose have been the most AMAZING people in my recovery. They go ABOVE and BEYOND!! I’m so very thankful/grateful for the both of them for ALWAYS being there for me. Coming into the FLIGHT program can be overwhelming… but when you have the right professionals like them I couldn’t imagine going through this process with out them!!! Thank you Liz and Jose!!! Forever grateful!!!
Bek and Liz/Elizabeth/Liza and their whole team ESPECIALLY them are fantastic and have helped me progress my life in a positive direction.
I just want to say what a wonderful and compassionate team your company has put together. I have been consistently receiving services for the past 6 months. The staff are very dedicated to helping me whether it's a… sit-down talk therapy in the comfort of my home or zoom. They are always in my corner whenever I need someone to talk to. I love the fact then I can count on center stones to provide me who would the resources and tools to live a better and happy life. Thank you.
Very professional staff providing much needed services to the community
I’ve been working with centerstone on my mental health for some time now. I would like to give special thanks to my therapist, because she’s helped me work through some of the most tragic things in my life in a healthy… and generous way. From their programs to their groups, there’s endless helpful resources if they are given the chance. I appreciate the outpatient program especially. Thank you Centerstone for always being there, I’m so thankful for the help and support provided here.
Great team to help you get your life on track
No good place to get help, very rude and disrespectful.
pretty cool if you ignore the miscommunications and staff that doesn't do their job/are not qualified. the current case manager for kids seems to not have a clue what to do and encourages destructive behavior. she's… ignored kids in need, especially ones who are in crisis. the manager can't remember anything, hence the miscommunication. they also pay way less than the other censterstone location in bradeington.
Your Child will feel worse than when starting with these people. They do not care, and unorganized
Karina said was her name I was only calling to get a name for my outreach she was very rude to me I was so polite and she mentioned that I yelled which I would like the recorded call to be pulled alot of people are… going through this and she has no empathy i was told that she was going to disconnect the line . That was not OKAY . if ur reading this grow up if u don’t like ur job get another one . I would like to speak to her supervisor. Please call me back thank you
This place is horrible. Staff is overworked and underpaid and treated poorly. A life Centerstone at all costs.
I have family members that are monitored by Centerstone. They do an amazing job under the conditions they work in.
I’m not going to give personal details but I was with them approx two years. I was not treated rudely but my side effects were ignored even though they were severe. Weekly visits were in my plans but usually became… monthly standing in a parking lot for a few minutes. I was excessively medicated with no actual diagnosis till I said I was leaving. The staff were nice but wasted those two years. In the beginning my care was way better but insurance payments were also way better. I was making my FINAL plans at the end.
if i could review this place lower than one star i would they don’t listen to the patient and i have had more stress with this place then i would’ve without it, made me want to kill myself even more than i wanted to in… the first place
