They LOVE to charge you even when they do NOT see their clients!! Surveys wanted after they've done absolutely NOTHING!! My son is NOT getting the help he needs! Voiced my concerns MONTHS ago. Nothing changed. Pulling… my son out. I'm over it. They're a joke!

I graduated the program recently and I would never recommend anyone go there. Some of there staff is very rude and controlling. They get mad anytime you ask for help with something like it isnt there job. There food is… terrible. They sent me home with one Suboxone and told me they sent this pharmacy a 2 week supply for me which was a lie. They sit around and talk about clients behind there back and I know this for a fact because I was the Head of household so I herd alot. Please don't waist your recovery time.

The staff here truly shines when it comes to welcoming patients. Their kindness and respect create a warm atmosphere, especially for those going through tough times. Centerstone has been nothing short of a blessing for… my family. Thanks for their unwavering support; we’re all on a positive journey toward recovery. It's comforting to know that such genuinely caring individuals are dedicated to helping us heal.

The front desk staff Dezi S. was patient and kind while checking me in for my intake. She helped get me connected to my provider and answered all my questions during the process. The health coordinator Cheryl was also… very thorough in her medical review. Thank you to the office staff!

Very nice and respectful. Absolutely love the therapist there she's very much sweet. I went through such a dark time and she was there for me the entire time. My Psychiatrist. Is amazing and I love how they all work… together ❤️

When I was going through my mental health crisis the front office staff were diligent, helpful, and never made me feel judged for needing help. They made me feel like I had a whole team of people rooting for me, and it… helped me to come to appointments. My therapist, Carol, changed my entire life. Without her help I don’t know if I would’ve made it, and I use the lessons she taught me every day.

Unprofessional. Belittling staff. Everytime I take my kids in there they end up sick. Better off being mentally unstable then be there.

I parked to pick someone up and a woman came rapidly to my window asking me why I was there and what my business was here. Not sure what goes on here but that was invasive and unprofessional.

Yall leave a disabled person who needs a social worker to go Grocery shopping and to go too the hospital ALONE!!! his ONLY social worker goes on leave untill september without letting him know AND YALL LET HIM… STARVE!!!! I HOPE YALL CLOSE DOWN!!! SCUMBAGS!

I had to come here because I was court ordered 2 times for different reasons within a ten year span, it’s been the best therapy I’ve ever paid for. The staff was awesome, polite and on point every time. Just based on… these 2 experience I’m willing to take my child for some much needed therapy. I’ve been in therapy on and off 37 yrs since I was 16. My experiences with this facility was great success Awesome.

I would not go here and very rude and unhelpfull and a waste of time!!! Don't go here!!

There was no positive outcome leaving there at all...not one thing promised or supposedly was going to be done or accomplished was handled ...

Employees of Centerstone are very rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and condescending. Steer clear.
