Central Florida Treatment Center – Orlando Detox and Rehab Services

Central Florida Treatment Center – Orlando is listed as running detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Medical supervision covers the withdrawal period, where alcohol and benzodiazepines carry real risk. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Central Florida Treatment Center – Orlando Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 1800 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida, 32804. Orange County covers this area. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

I feel five stars is not nearly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff and doctor's treated me with genuine compassion and respect , not just as a patient, but as a person. The medical team was… knowledgeable, attentive, and never made me feel judged. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I felt safe throughout the entire process. The support staff,Especially Miss Tania and Miss Emma went above and beyond to help me out through the whole process where healing actually felt possible. If you or someone you love is looking for a place that truly cares this is it, Do not look any further! I'm grateful for every person who played a role in my Intake. Thank you Florida Central Treatment Center of Orlando,Florida for your Constant Help and support!

This treatment center above all is absolutely amazing. If you need help with opioid addiction and have this rope hold you down this is where you need to be. The nurses, counseling staff all that work here and we can’t… forget Miss Emma are all amazing. This facility is well run and have many different programs and except many different forms of insurance they will do whatever it takes to help. The facility and surrounding area is very clean and monitored. So if you want to start down a new path and be free of the nonsense, looking over your shoulder, and all that comes with it. THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS. Stop in see for yourself ask for Miss Emma.

UPDATE—— So although I had a hiccup here, after speaking to the Director I honestly feel much better! I now find myself considering that my perception of someone’s attitude doesn’t necessarily mean that’s how they feel… towards me. So I’m going to give that person the benefit of the doubt, because we all deserve second chances, and after speaking to the Director , I see that he is willing to talk about any issues that I, as a Patient, am having and strives to ensure that “we” (as Patients) can go to a safe and healthy treatment center where we feel accepted and cared for during our time here. The Counselors here are BOMB! Especially Mauricio and Peaches! Ms Emma is so sweet and from day one has always looked out for me. ALL of The Nurses are always polite and make it a pt to ask about how I and/or my family is doing! Thank you Director, for caring for me during this time and be willing to clear up any issues or misunderstandings that may be had. This place isn’t a generic methadone clinic, they actually care about there Patients!

I first started at a different clinic & can some one please tell me how a clinic with 8 different dosing windows & 8 nurses & it would literally take a min. Of 2 hours of standing in line to check in & then standing in… another line to get dosed & my own counselor after 6 months there still couldn't remember my name, but yet I start coming here where there is only 2 windows & often only 1 window open cause there's only 1 nurse (the wonderful Mrs. Carolyn) & on average I am checked in, dosed, & out the door within 15 minutes & not only does the nurse remember my name, but so does my counselor & half the other counselor's there as well. I have never had a problem or issues with anyone here & really appreciate how much everyone here is so supportive & encouraging. Everytime I come in at least one or more employees make sure they tell me how good I look or how proud they are of me for turning my life around & that really means a lot to me & helps keep me motivated to keep doing good & I can honestly say that I would not be here clean, working, & with my kids & family again without this place & the amazingly supportive & caring staff. I really can't say enough great things about everyone there. I truly appreciate you all & can't thank you enough for helping me turn my life around. It feels really good to be clean & not homeless anymore. Again Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I'll see you guys Thursday morning! #12056 ** update 3/13/26 I have recently stopped going to the clinic & as happy as I am to finally be off the methadone, I am gonna miss the employees here. Maurico is hands down the best counselor I could have ever hoped to have help me on my road to recovery & the nurses that took care of me there were always so friendly & NEVER made me feel judged or like I was just some junkie looking for a fix & Mrs Emma has always been so sweet & kind & has helped me tremendously! I wouldn't be here where I am today without all their help! Thank you so much OTC for helping me get my life back! ❤️

I started coming here about a year ago. At that time, I was lost for the first time in my life and didn’t know what to expect. From day one, the staff here showed me what real care looks like. Before finding this place,… I went to another location just until I could see the doctor here, and the difference was night and day. That first clinic was everything you’d expect in a bad way — chaotic, impersonal, and focused on money over people. Here, it’s the complete opposite. This team truly cares about their patients and runs a tight ship. That credit goes to Mike, the director. On my very first day, he checked me, and I respected him instantly for standing up for his work family. He doesn’t let anyone disrespect them, and that leadership shows. Sharka at the front desk is incredible. She deals with some very strong personalities every single day, but still manages to greet everyone with kindness and make you feel welcome. I honestly don’t know how she does it, but I salute her for it. Leon was my counselor, and he’s as genuine as they come. I ask a lot of him, but he’s always there for me. I travel often for work, and he always makes sure my guest dosing is handled properly. Emma was the person who first helped me join, and she continues to help me in so many ways. She’s also amazing and always willing to go the extra mile. And the nurses — they’re the best. They make sure you leave with a smile when you can, and they understand when you can’t. Please respect them and the work they do, because this is not an easy job.

I relocated from the Bronx NY, to florida, at first I was scared cause I was told that the methadone clinic out here didn't take insurance one had to pay out their pocket; at first this was so ture... I seen so many… people get turned around due to not having the proper insurance or money... that when I met the famous Mrs. Karolin, everyone spoke of her as if she was the bad witch of oz.. this place was out of control with the disrespect of the clients tours the staff, that wounder if I made the right choice of choosing cental Florida treatment center, the second person I met was Mrs. Ema, who spoke soft and kind, today I must say it's been 7 years, and I must say Mrs. Karaline, with her strick Attitude, has shown the clients that they will get all the help they need as long as they speak to the staff with respect, today all insurance are accepted, there are programs to help you in which ever Aspect of your life you need to get you sober, Today Mrs . Ema is and has been my counselor for over 5 years, this clinic is one of the most cleanest, there's no one around the clinic hanging out, or trying to sell you something... the counselor will go beyond to help you with personal matters, especially to show you the steps of recovery. The counselor don't look down on you, you have your sessions with your counselor/urine testing and Narcotics medication will be counted once a month. Counselor will call to ask if your okay if not seen fot more then 2 days.. so yes I made the RIGHT Decision...

My name is Jamie Anton, I have been a patient here for so.e time I have seen a lot and I have been through a lot but it seems that every time I am going through something the People at this clinic have always been… professional and more than courteous to me, my family and my needs for treatment. Shareeka was concerned with my balance after my insurance was lapsed she told me about a program that could help, she did not have to do that, Mrs. Emma is always so positive and takes GREAT care of me she checks on me and helps me always greets me with a smile 😃..... Ms. Caroline has always been a shining light, she is stern but fair and I have always had so much respect for her she is a great asset to the clinic. Thank you to Tanya my new counselor for always listening to me and thank you all for believing and supporting me on this journey!!!

Or the two clinics i was at, this one is by far the best. Most days no waiting, the other, two hours most days. I must say that Bernard rocks it there. I've had only one instant where i was dogged, but the counselor was… new so it's forgivable. As are all things in the end. As far as clinics go this is about the best one. They all have rotating counselors, which is a step on the ladder of career. Part of the deal. I was not an easy client to deal with and Bernard was awesome in his patience with me. I hope he's forgiven me. I'm about 8 months clean, well 2 tiny mess ups. After a nine year run, that wasn't the first, I'm ok. They got me going in the correct direction. What more can you ask of a clinic! The director is a rock ⭐! Y'all be blessed

Calling from a provider. On the website it states suboxone therapy. The man answering phone says, " we only do methadone." I reply, " OK, please update the website, I am calling from NY can you refer me to an area MAT… treatment facility." I have no idea about that was his reply. It would be helpful if ALL providers could assist each other in our current state of Fentanyl epidemic.

I have come from programs in New York City, in fact two of them, over the past 10 years. I moved to Florida and was recommended this program blindly and it just so happens that I was lucky because this is the cleanest,… most professional, safest program for Methadone I have ever been to. There is absolutely no indication of drug dealing and if you are wanting to get clean or wanting to get on methadone and stay on methadone and claim your life back

This place has become a refuge a light when I was in a dark place. The director Briana manages with compassion and true care for what she does. Bernard is not just a Counsler but a friend and mentor. And the nurses Mrs.… Caroline God bless her as well she is a strong loving nurse. Alaris the receptionist is always kind and welcoming with a smile and kind words. I have nothing but love and appreciation for this clinic. This place regardless of wha anyone says truly cares and is out to help. They have saved my life. Not just one person but everyone there has been patient and has treated with me with respect and shown they truly care for what they do and the people they serve.
