Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
There was a black man, from africa that worked there. I just wanted to let you guys know that he was like One of the best, if not the best staff member there. He was taken his time no matter what he was doing. And I… would have a full conversation with me. And everything he told me click in had, I mean, you had students there that were studying for their Finals. they couldn't hold a candle to the African! I would ask him questions and everything he would tell me I would do. Am my life turned out better because of it and that would be long. Term information and short-term information I followed you all the directions and it always worked. I believe you wore glasses. But I do remember he was from africa working the night shift. I mean, all these people pain a $150000 to go to school. And this man had the answers just by asking him. I'm so thankful i'm at him. He was on the federal side when I was there.
North location staff are either incompetent or plain ignorant explaining the death under their care, no care for health or safety period let alone rehabilitation. Maintenance guy can’t fix a sandwhich let alone a broken… dryer belt or water leak. Place is a joke 0/10
Not professional. Not there for the needs of the individual. Didn't help with anything that was promised. Incompetent and lazy staff....dirty facility and did nothing to help me transition to life outside...
I walked in and took a U.A.Piss test. Part of my probation. I live in Wahpeton, I have to get a ride to Fargo to the Center inc. every month.
I have to take clients here. Reputed to be where one goes to either find a dealer or find customers. Other than providing shelter and supervision, there is no upside. No effective treatment, not a completely sober… environment, and the staff has little interest in rehabilitation of their residents.
It is a positive thing for the community to have a place like Center Inc. For those who have struggled with the law or addiction, it provides a nice buffer between them and the community. While at the same time allowing… those individuals a chance to reentered society in a slow and structured pace. The ability to obtain employment and be a productive member of society while finishing off a specific court issued sentence, is very valuable to everyone within that community.
Centre Inc. has done great helping Me during hard times, in bad health AND while I had Me self in a few f**ked situations through My Years in Fargo, ND. The Ladies are very kind too. That makes it better to be honest.
The place is disgusting. It's dirty. The food is rarely good. I understand it's a place to transition into normal life post incarceration. My transition was quick, due to wanting to leave the living situation at centre.… There's no accountability. People have died here under the staffs watch. People do make there own decisions. But still. Worst halfway house possible

Centre Inc is a is a temporary housing facility for veterans without homes - in the Hart program; or for people being released from both State and Federal Prisons. Centre Inc Also provides temporary housing for persons… awaitng trial subsequent to an indictment. Based on government review there has been no violence issues here. The facility has been called the best half-way programs available to the prison system. The owners insist that food and quartering be of the best available quality. which shows in the quality of meals and training and fairness of staff in all interactions will guests. House rules, while strict, contribute greatly to the orderly and efficient running of this facility. Not all residents appreciate the restrictions these rules entail. Maybe its because they are being held accountible. Such time here must be held in this light. Residents must be actively taking control of their lives to find and keep work, find living arrangements outside of here, such they can return to being contributing citizens, thus putting their time off the streets behind them. This is the ultimate goal for everyone who is a guest here. That includes the HART program participants. The HART Program addresses the needs of displaced veterans- those in most need of oversight care. Many stay only a short while, given access to clothing and medical care oversight, ensuring they are properly taking medications and making all medical appointments. The HART Program addresses the needs for those who are able to live outside of government medical facilities. This also is meant to be a transition facility for HART participants , with the majority going on to be gainfully employed contributing residents in their communities. By all accounts, Centre Inc. meets it's mission with the staff and management working so well together - the real alchemy for a sucessful operation.
Have a family member who needed to push the "reset button" and they are a great help in helping us. Thank you.
Lacks care and caring...
I'm a resident in this facility and I'm happy with the way this place has helped me work my way back into society. They also have offered me a treatment program that has to be hands down the best in the country. The… docr should be very happy with this institution and the way it handles their inmates
The take care of people that need it.
Its awful. Staff is lazy and under trained. Doesn't matter if they know your doing well. They will do anything to keep you down. Prison was way better!
