Great place, amazing support group
name is Osvaldo Jacinto. I was struggling with alcoholic for some time until one day I dicided to speak with my GP they advised me on how I can control in order to stop drinking but they also referred me to CGL Waltham… Forest where I had one to one sessions & help on how to overcome my alcohol problem. My case worker was Kasia she’s without a doubt one of the best person I have meet in my life Kasia helped me to overcome so many other issues I was facing in my life. If it wasn’t for Kasia help I would still be drinking a lot but she changed my life for the best now I can control my alcohol cravings I actually stooped drinking & I’m very thankful to her & all CGL staff. They all contributed their part. I Osvaldo highly recommend this service.“Their customer service is second to none “The service quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time i had meeting with Kasia. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The service was fast friendly and exactly what I needed when I was in need. I loved how easy the service was for me to travel to saved me so much time. Excellent support they helped me solve my drinking problem. This service exceeded my expectations! ”The quality of the service was outstanding but without Kasia belief & help I wouldn’t be able to achieved what I have achieved. Thank you to CGL Osvaldo Jacinto
Mo my Keyworker was useless I told him 2months b4 I was going to my dad's for Xmas then reminded him 2wks b4 Xmas then rang him to say don't forget extra Subutex(I was picking up twice a week from chemist) but no Mo… messed it up completely, forcing me to buy Heroin to take to my dad's for Xmas. Completely USELESS Mo. So glad I'm with a proper CGL now. Worst CGL I've ever experienced and I do move around London a fair bit. It was the last Xmas with dad b4 his dementia really took over and mo ruined it! And if get rid of all the "FAKE' reviews that have just 5☆'s and no writing you will have a 1.5 - 2☆'s rating. If you're happy for a Treatment Centre to be rated so low then there's something wrong, we all deserve much better Treatment than this but saying that I did ring to complain at the time and was told how wonderful their staff are, I could not stop laughing and they hung up!
All staff have been very helpful and spoke to me with respect ,ver6 nice to talk too n didn't judge me at all . I felt very comfortable being there .
Great medical and psicologocal help for rehabilitation
Hi, It’s been a good service, until unfortunately they forgot to send the prescription to the chemist and left me 3 days without medication this happened over bank holiday. I have been feeling very sick with my children… to look after! I Have tried to contact my case worker obviously not answer (Bank Holliday) no Emergency con at number over weekend or Bank Holliday. Very disappointed!
Excellent service. Dedicated and non judgemental staff. Full timetable of social activities: art, yoga, mindfulness, meet ups, recovery cafe and more.
Place where you can get help when you can no longer help yourself.
If you have a substance misuse issue here is a port of call. If you can't tackle your 'problem' alone then this may be your lifeline. Plenty of support available and drop-in's. In the heart of walthamstow village so… fairly quiet and open. Hepatitis B and H.I.V tests available. If you have someone you are supporting who'd benefit from this service the staff are happy to speak and assist.
Excellent place for recovering substance users. The staff work with a lot of clients and do their very best for all the clients.
