this place is absolutely terrible!! The staff is horrible. They don’t pick up the phone. I don’t know what they do !!! but nobody ever call you back when you leave a message, That goes as well for the doctors! It’s… almost impossible to reach anybody. We should’ve realized that when you see a place that has a review of 2.7 and only seven reviews.!!

Don’t even bother trying to contact them because you will never hear back. They used to be great a year and a half ago. The woman who was managing the Respite was wonderful and very communicative. The new person, not at… all. The person that was providing the Respite was also wonderful! My son loved her. After we applied to have Respite again this year, we went through the process and we were told we would have services in April. We never heard back. No phone calls emails. Nothing returned over the course of three months. It’s understanding that you’re very busy. But a little communication goes a long way. And There are a lot of families out there struggling right now with special needs children that need help so if you can’t help just let them know instead of letting them wait and hope for something. My son has been so excited for the person that was providing Respite to us to come back for almost a year now and he’s just distraught that we haven’t heard anything.

I love my doctor she’s amazing. They do not call back if you’ve left a voicemail. I have left around 50 voicemails over the last 5 months and not once have I received a call back. I have left countless messages with my… name and number and no one has ever called me back. I love my doctor but they suck at communication

Do not put yourself through the stress and time-consuming aggravation that this facility puts you through! Take it from a former patient's parent! They lied to you saying that they are not allowed by law to call in a… prescription for controlled narcotic medication but yet every other facility that I've been to does it to this day! they send you threatening calls and letters that if you miss an appointment again you'll be kicked out of the program! like who the flip do they think they are? The office Manager Chris talked down to me It was extremely volitile and extremely disrespectful to boot!
