Over work their staff. No personal life.
I understand the mission of this place but it unfortunately is not being executed appropriately. These people are glorified kidnappers. There are kids being taken out of good homes, and there are kids NOT being taking… out of bad homes. It’s unfortunate really. A few great workers, and a few terrible ones. Frank Roman was a good guy and compassionate human. There’s a few women that I won’t call out by name individually, because I still have one remaining child under the age of 18 that they could potentially use against me. Therefore, I’ll wait.. and just say for now, that the system as a whole needs revamping.
