How does one give ZERO stars. Absolutely unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment the day before and called me 10 minutes before they closed - I called right back and they didn't answer of course - so after taking… off of work I was SOL. They didn't text me, email me, or otherwise ... Just a missed call. Tbh my mailbox was full that day but then when I called back, completely lacked empathy and kindness.... rejection is protection. Thank God I didn't have my appointment, I wouldn't ever even go to any doctor at that office.

Had initial consultation with Dr. McCarter. Meeting was excellent. Presented a summary of my prior health record. Dr. McCarter was thorough & attentive to my needs.

It was my first visit and it went really well my doctor was polite and understanding my overall experience was pleasant 🙂

Excellent provider interaction

This is not the place to go if you need medications managed. I sent a message on June 24 that one of my medications listed needed to be updated to a new drug. No response. I then sent another couple of messages that I… was running out of the medication and it still wasn’t updated in the system so I didn’t know how to request a refill. No response. I called every day last week starting Tues. July 21, and while the people on the phone were sympathetic and helpful, I still didn’t have a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Today, one week later, after I’ve been out of my medication for days, I get a notification that a prescription was sent to my pharmacy for the WRONG MEDICATION that they should have updated over a month ago. I just want to cry I’m so frustrated. UPDATE (12 Hours Later): It took this Google Review for me to get an actual message back in the portal from somebody from Christiana Care. Unfortunately, they fixed the issue and then 7 minutes later reversed the decision because of some new hoop that i would have already gone through if anyoen had paid attention to my previous messages. I am actually in tears now and just really done with this medical group. Maybe I'll call them as they suggested below, but I've been on the phone with them every day (except the weekend when they're closed) since last Tuesday. I don't want to call again just for nothing to change.

My son went here today he had some problems with his ear and they told him nothing was wrong like damn you think someone would be waiting in this hospital for a lie. All he needed was an antibiotic to kill the infection… said how they treat there patients. He will be going to st. Francis hospital and we will be changing doctors next week.

ChristianaCare has become a big corporation, is nothing but student Doctors or are practicing on our health. Terrible care & service. I will not be going here for anything. St.Francis is a better option.

First time seeing Dr Rana. Everyone from check-in to Nurses to Checkout was very friendly and professional. Dr Rana was easy to talk to and friendly. He looked at my profile and went over the drugs I’m taking. I just… recently had bloodwork done in Florida in March and he said he was going to look it over and we would go from there. My wife sees home this Friday

My recent visit was very good. It was timely and efficient. My primary care Doctor was excellent.

I absolutely love my primary care doctor here and have never had an issue with her or the services received, but the front desk workers need to be more professional. This is the second time that I have been here within… 2 months and both times when I have approached the front desk to check in, I have not been greeted back or acknowledged at all by these workers. They are always either talking to/laughing with each other or staring at their computers ignoring me. It leaves me standing there awkwardly and feeling uncomfortable. It would be a better check in process if they were attentive and welcoming to all patients!

My PCP of 30 plus years recently retired. I made an appt to establish care with a new physician. I was impressed with the ease of setting up an appt. The staff were both friendly and professional. The doctor was caring.… She had to get caught on my last 30 yrs of med history. I left knowing I'm in good hands.

Dr. Kakoza was pleasant and extremely person centered quality care!

First time within the Group at Wilmington Hospital was an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone from security to the office visit were very welcoming and helped me find where I needed to go. Dr McCarter and the staff… were exceptional.

Felt very comfortable to speak to Dr.Parris about my health issues as she was genuine in listening to me and helping me and taking appropriate action to help me. I felt satisfied. Happy to have her as my provider.

I was at the emergency office Tuesday the 12th for about 10 to 12 hours answer any emergency room I was very friendly and my information was taking within a period of two hours. I was tested for vitals blood work done… and you were taken 10 hours later I was waiting on. Don’t know you wouldn’t have been tested. Didn’t I see a doctor never took off my clues and was question three or four times by three different people asked me the same question and the paperwork that was given to me might As well been Blank sheets never seen a doctor never was explaining about my blood work. The staff was very nice, but that’s about it. I came to the hospital to find out what was going wrong with me and I left with no answers at all. I HANDED MY URIN SAMPLE TO ATTENDED WAS NEVER TESTED A NETFLIX MOVIE WHERE DID YOU GO?

The entire staff was excellent

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I usually visit the Faulk Road office and have never had issues there. Unfortunately, the staff here were unprofessional and dismissive. The patient care… tech, Melanie, and the office manager, Kelly, both had poor attitudes and showed little concern for patients. I did not feel respected or heard. I will not be returning.

Quality of care was good; facilities (including hallways, patient’s room , and BP equipment) were despicable!! Visibly annd Unbelievably dirty. So unsanitary.
