Love this place and thank you for what you do. My boyfriend started there after relapsing this year and is seeing Melissa Hosni as his provider every week and he is doing so good and has not used!!! She is so kind and… has helped him in his sobriety and even job with an app she gave him. Thank you to The office and especially to Melissa for believing in him. 5/5 recommend

The main provider is smart and to the point. If you want to maintain sobriety, then this is the place.

Very attentive and friendly

I had a great experience with nurse practitioner Melissa. She's always kind and patient during my visits with her. She takes the time to really understand me and makes sure I feel supported in my recovery. She answers… my questions and goes beyond what she needs to. I highly recommend CleanSlate in Bethlehem to anyone struggling with their addiction. Ask for Melissa!!

Does not care the slightest about your sobriety. They will forget to send your scripts in and leave you sick. Only thing this place cares about is charging your insurance a few hundred dollars a week for drug screens.

Everyone who works there are absolutely wonderful people. Very very caring. Have helped me a great deal and I'm forever grateful for their compassion, courtesy and understanding. Can't say enough

The staff is cool but they treat you like your on probation random urine screens like a criminal currently looking for a new doctor

If you're looking for a place that doesn't judge you or treat you like a number, you've found the right office!! The staff here are wonderful! Always smiling and friendly! It's nice to have people who really do want to… help and see you succeed in your recovery journey! It's not an easy thing to do and having caring staff members definitely helps make it a bit easier! I've been going here for over 5 years and I've gotten to know all of the staff members and they know me by name! I'm treated with respect and I've never felt like they think I'm just a junkie. They truly care about their patients well-being. I was at a different treatment center and all they cared about was the money. They didn't care about ME as a person. Because of CleanSlate, I can proudly say I have not had any relapses ever! I'm almost 6 years in recovery! I couldn't have done that without their support and the support of my family! If you are struggling with addiction and need help I highly recommend CleanSlate! They help save lives! Thank you to the fantastic staff!! Recovery IS possible!! We DO recover!!

Keep in mind Every Experience is Different. What Works For You Might Not For Another. I'm going to give them a 5 Star . But I have to point out where things went very wrong . # 1 if you piss dirty a few times they will… kick you out of the program . # 2 they count all opened medication. There is no way you can put one aside for emergencies or backup. # 3 most important you do not under no circumstances kick a person off any program that is seeking help just because they piss dirty . That is the very reason they are there because they acknowledge there is a problem. I Now have a new Dr . Just a simple 5min Zoom conversation no piss test needed same day meds called in . Visits are 1 time every 15 days .No counting Your Meds. People with addiction already battling BS so why make things more complicated. And most important I will never get kicked out no matter how many dirty test pop up . It's a win win for me :)

Best outpatient treatment I've had. Doctors are both awesome, front desk workers, counselors, & manager are all absolutely awesome. There are some stupid rules set by people who never even stepped into the location but… everyone there cares & will do everything to make things as simple & stress-free as possible. Truly couldn't recommend any higher.

I have been 100% satisfied with my experience at Clean Slate. Thanks to Julie Lebouitz, my counselor, I have overcome many frustrations and self-coping issues due to addiction and my mental health. She has a genuine… interest in her client and great communication skills. She has positive energy and accessible to me in order to gain trust. Hers views are flexible and she presents herself with sense of humor. Responsible like a mother figure where she is easy to talk to. Well organized practice and respectful. I suggest Julie for any client that has personal issues containing emotional, verbal or physical abuse.

Clean Slate is by far the best MAT in the Lehigh Valley. They are all compassionate and I have been treated well.The staff are all knowledgeable and professional. The Director is a great lady who is always available to… help. She deserves 5 stars. I definitely would refer anyone there. Thanks to all of great folks who do there job well.

It's so frustrating for me there's always some type of issues with the urine they Don't pick up right after your give it and When they do they will say is cold making you give another sample .. nothing is ever on time… .. is not my favorite place I'll leave it at that

My experience at clean slate is by far one of the best decisions I could have made in my life with the support of my counselor Julie Lebouitz what's the one-on-one sessions I have with her really give me a chance to… acknowledge my determination for sobriety the staff members there have always been in my corner and on call at any time. I want to thank everybody in the staff for helping me in my recovery and my sobriety and my new life living clean and sober not using any drug I recommend clean slate to any addict who is struggling with addiction it is one of the best places I've ever been for treatment

What a joke this place is, verify your appointment before you drive there. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a loved one even verified insurance and what to expect once arrived. Everything was set and told arrival… time just to drive an hour there and told there was a scheduling error and could not been seen. You’d think when people are actually trying to get help things like this wouldn’t happen. Highly disappointed with this place as most places around are exactly the same and it’s a shame.

I like Cleanslate and the services they offer it has helped me stay clean but the receptionist is why I am giving 1 star! She is ALWAYS Cocky and Very unfriendly. Idk if it is because she is dealing with us addicts but… she makes me feel less then human. I hope in the near future they hire someone who has a more compassionate attitude!

Clean slate is a place if you have the commitment, diligence or perseverance to want to change will enable you to alter temptations, desires and cravings. Clean slate is a great place to change your habits, tactics and… behaviors as well as change the overall quality of life. We can't search for happiness, we have to search for right living and happiness will be our reward!!! And we need to have boundaries, set limitations on certain things, people or places and be honest with ourselves.
