I have been coming here for about two years now. I first heard about it through word of mouth and having to bring a friend here for their appointments. I have always felt supported and listened too. Front desk staff are… always so friendly, and I have loved any provider I have had. If you’re looking to get help or need a new place to get your medication from I HIGHLY recommend Cleanslate!

I went there asking them to taper me off from suboxne all they did was try and give me more and I kept telling them no I don’t want to take this anymore. I tapered myself down and quit going and they would give me more… subs but no more comfort meds while I was detoxing. Place is just money racket. The girls up front are great but I’m just glad I quit and now I’m really clean since 9.20.25.

Tricia will always be my fave person in this location, her blood draws are completely painless, and she is just completely wonderful. Everyone here is amazing and flexible with changing time if an emergency occurs. I've never felt like a bad person when I go in there. They all make me feel like a normal human!!

Very friendly and helpful staff! The only negative I have to say is, they’re getting rid of the councilors which is absolutely ridiculous. They always said how important it is to talk to them which I totally agree with… and now it’s like all they care about is the money. Like come here get your meds then you’re on your own. It’s very sad.
I just want to say I am thankful for clean slate everyday for addiction so glad there's places like this around the world it didn't come overnight but clean slate helped me and was a big big part of where I am today I… am blessed and I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasn't for clean slate and heavenly Father.........
