About Clear Steps Recovery – Needham

392 Chestnut Street in Needham puts Clear Steps Recovery inside a short drive of Dover, Wellesley and the towns around them. Wellesley, Dedham, Newton and Brookline all sit within 6 miles of the door. Needham sits in Norfolk County, and the county’s own provision is limited enough that this site draws from a wide area.

Care offered spans partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. SAMHSA holds the federal registration; the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services the state license. Medication-assisted treatment pairs buprenorphine, methadone or naltrexone with counseling. Co-occurring conditions are handled concurrently rather than one after the other. Video appointments are an option here. The facility works with veterans and military families.

Clear Steps Recovery – Needham Detox and Rehab Services

Clear Steps Recovery – Needham delivers partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Ask how the program handles someone who has been through treatment before. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset.

Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Cost, travel and waiting time are all worth weighing together. Ask whether family can be involved and at what stage.

How Much Does Treatment at Clear Steps Recovery – Needham Cost?

Self-funded rehab in Massachusetts typically costs $1,890 to $6,300 for a week of medical detox, $9,000 to $18,000 a month for a partial hospitalization program, $3,500 to $12,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,500 to $6,000 a month for standard outpatient care. A price list for Clear Steps Recovery could not be found at the time of writing, so those state costs are an estimate.

A reasonable expectation is that Clear Steps Recovery’s cost includes medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Medication is often a separate charge. Because this could not be found for the facility itself, call Clear Steps Recovery and ask.

None of the clinicians are doctors, none of the group facilitators are doctors, clear steps is all about raking in maximum profit while shelling out the least they possibly can. Insurance pays them $400 a day according… to my mass health insurance company, they complain and threaten to view cameras for who is taking bags of chips home 🤣😂, they discharge patients from sober house (attached to clear steps) to protect their house managers who actually are the ones disrespecting the patients they discharge to protect their house managers. Unprofessional, seek treatment elsewhere. Groups are the same thing every day, reading from a packet that anyone can print off of the internet.

I have been a part of the clear steps program for seven months And also living in The Sober House They provide, right down the street The rent is very cheap for this beautiful area In the past seven months, they have… given me the tools and knowledge that I need in my sobriety Everyone is super helpful and caring even though this is my first program and Sober House, I would recommend clear steps recovery for anyone struggling with an addiction and all the staff are super professional I give it a 10 out of 10

Clear Steps Recovery provides a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery and mental health services. The staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping clients… succeed. The program offers a strong balance of clinical care, peer support, and individualized treatment. It is evident that the team works hard to create a safe space where people can build recovery skills and make meaningful changes in their lives. I would highly recommend Clear Steps Recovery to anyone seeking quality behavioral health and recovery services.

“16 months clean and it started here.” "Being a patient in the IOP program at Clear Steps for almost 10 months was essential to my success in recovery. I honestly don’t think I could have made it without the help and… love from the entire staff. Today, I have almost 16 months clean, and that is a direct product of the things I learned here. The therapists, clinicians, and facilitators put in a genuine effort to help me grow into the person I am today. The people here became like family to me; they created a safe environment where I felt like I had someone in my corner every step of the way. I will be forever grateful for how they made my journey possible. I am a proud alumni of Clear Steps. If you or someone you know needs help and a place where good people will truly walk with you on your recovery journey, you can count on this program to help you become the best version of yourself."

I had a family member complete the full-day treatment program at Clear Steps, and we couldn’t say enough good things about the experience and the incredible staff. The Admissions Team was extremely responsive, helping… get my family member into detox and then smoothly transitioning them into the outpatient program. I want to give a special thanks to Greg for his passion and genuine care for the people he serves. If you’re looking for a safe, structured, and informative program, this is the perfect place for you or your loved ones!
