Coleman Stabilization Unit Lima, Ohio This facility gets ZERO stars! BEWARE, BE AWARE, seek help somewhere else!! Some of those Coleman employees are THIEVES and elderly abusers!! An elderly person with a severe mental… diagnosis was transferred in from another facility. During their hospitalization, Coleman Stabilization Unit employees took advantage of and coerced this mentally unstable elderly patient. Coleman employees physically took the mentally ill elderly patient off grounds to another county, where they cleaned out the elderly's bank account (local law enforcement was also contacted and a report filed). The elderly patient was under legal guardianship by a family member before the transfer into the facility and the Coleman employees unethically and illegally IGNORED these court orders. When the guardian found out days later from the BANK, Coleman employees refused to allow the guardian to see the family member and to remove the elderly from the facility that same day. They also refused to give the money to the guardian that was taken from closing the elderly's bank account. Moving forward, after the elderly was eventually discharged into custody of the guardian, a Coleman employee nurse unethically has been keeping in contact with the mentally ill elderly patient, going as far as accepting monetary "gifts" for "bills and such". I don't know what kind of health facility they're running over there, but legal contact has been made and will be investigating. During a court hearing, a county municipal judge was made aware of what they did and it is being questioned. This kind of abuse to the mentally ill and elderly can NOT continue!! This place needs investigated! *Note: good luck ever trying to get through to an actual person when calling 5 different phone numbers. They never answer the phones, don't call you back and give you excuses as to why the phone lines and vm don't work.

Please avoid this place even if you need help because they wont give it. They treat people like they are drug seeking when they have proof the anxiety they have is crippling. Ive tried them twice in the last 5 years and… regretted it both times. Definitely have ptsd and major depression and these people talk to you like your scum. I havent met 1 employee in either facility who deserves their job and ive been there several times. This isnt just someone upset because they didnt get what they want. This is someone you have failed completely time after time. I'm about to lose my job and home and all because of you judgemental people.

I’ve been on hold waiting for someone to answer for 16 minutes as of right now. My boyfriend has called multiple times today and not one answer or callback. I tried to tell him Lima Coleman’s is the worst place he could… try to receive services. I’m pretty sure the employees need drug tested and background checked as they are very unprofessional and are known to leave other patients documents laying where anyone can see them. Thier mannerisms and body language say they don’t give a damn and are only there for a paycheck. It’s as if this place is ran by children

Tried calling multiple times to get ahold of my therapist to let her know I’m going miss my appt. Because I’m in the er and no answer or call back.

Waste of time doctors don’t care. Counselors try but go to voicemail.com

Terrible overall experience today came for my appointment and it was all a mess seems like no one knew what was going on or wanted to help.

Unfortunately I have to give it a star. I'd give it none in my eyes. Recietionist don't know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Told me to come in the afternoon a week ago for the appointment. I came in today for… said appointment and they told me my appointment was in the morning. The appointment card was set in the afternoon. Shown the card they wrote and said that's not my handwriting. Peoples personal folders were sitting right in front of you as well. The guy behind me. Got up and left. Was sitting there for over an hour to be seen.

This was exactly what I needed.

Place looks run down and wait time are unreasonable and it’s been over two weeks since I ask for help with this place don’t recommend!!!!

Medical files were requested a week ago and new doctor still has not received files. When you call and ask to speak to medical records no one ever answers the phone and you stay ringing for 4 minutes for nothing.

The worst place to go to get any type of services. I’ve been waiting for an appointment for over a month. I get here. They call 10 minutes before my appointment to let me know the doctor is out and won’t be able to… reschedule with me for another month then The other woman I was supposed to have an appointment with canceled twice in the same week and still has yet to respond to me for a follow up appointment. Biggest joke in Allen County

This place is bottom of the barrel, if I’m being quite honest. I had a diagnostic assessment done almost a month ago, have called and left multiple voicemails (never have gotten to speak with an actual person)… requesting counseling services. I’ve not received a call back or anything, and I don’t currently have a way up to the office to go in and schedule. Previously when I received psychiatric services at Coleman’s, they treated me like I was an addict. I’ve never had a problem with drug usage. I don’t even drink. My only vice is nicotine, but yet the CNP treated me as if I was there for the suboxone clinic.

The phone system is an issue- You will not be able to get ahold of them by phone, the text system response does nothing, and they will never check your voicemail or call you back. You have to go into the office for any… form of communication. My pharmacy AND my doctor both could not get ahold of them either. The nurses are great and very kind.

This place has saved my life so many times. When everyone else slammed doors in my face Coleman's always welcomed me into theirs....No matter how many times I needed it.

They never answer the phone... The only way to get a hold of them is to go up there in person... Ridiculous

Walk services are jokes, I came in 7:55 to hear them tell me there booked there’s no way. If someone harms them selves or others it’s Coleman’s fault. They do not take you or your mental health seriously. They honestly… need to be shut down. They say there booked but all I see is them sitting at there desks getting free paychecks if you ask me. They cut off a time to be seen for mental health patients. People get kids on the bus at 8. I’m bout ready to sue for negligence honestly. You guys are a place of business why would u cut off walkins do you know how many people suffer from depression from Covid. Definitely sounds like a law suit to me. U can’t deny a mental patient to be seen peoples lives are at risk

Their main line doesn’t always connect with someone but if you go there, ask for a direct line to the help you’re trying to get. Friendly staff and counselors.

Don't even attempt to go here. They refuse to answer the phones ever. If a health clinic won't answer their phones, what's even the point of being open? Again, don't go here.

The workers are always late for the appointments, I always waste my gas coming here for appointments

Worst experience ever I'm waiting for them to help me right. I've been waiting 14 hours so far. Definitely not worth it.
