Committed to Change PC – Annapolis

I So I have been seeing Doctor. Erika for a few years now. She's amazing and she actually cares about me. She has helped me through one of the worst times of my life. And I don't know where I'd be without her. Going to… committed to change has changed my life. For the better. I love the staff as well there always so nice. They make sure to get me in and out on days I work early.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have found this place! Erika is the first provider I’ve seen in a VERY long time who I felt as though REALLY listened, and heard me when I spoke and met my needs… accordingly. I also meet with Caroline for therapy on a regular basis and it’s like talking to an old friend. The coordination between the providers within the office is seamless and makes your overall care effortless. I have referred multiple friends and family here, I can’t recommend enough!!!

I am a difficult patient but Erika has been sensational in helping direct my treatment plan through life's changes. I appreciate Erika's thorough approach to care for the person as a whole.

Been to many places threw out my life and by far Erika is the best nurse practitioner I’ve ever seen been seeing her for years and don’t plan on never leaving

I am the guardian to my 13 year old niece since she was 4 years old. She has had a lot of trauma in her life and had since things no child so have seen at such a young age. Through Erika and Caroline willingness and… effort to help my niece with therapy and medications, I do not think my niece would be thriving as she is.

I have been going here for years and I absolutely love Erica ! I can say that she is a very positive individual n she actually listens to what you have to say she is very easy to talk to n open up with and she not… judgemental ! I definitely suggest going to this location!!

Nurse Practitioner Erika is amazing! I am so grateful for her and all she has done for me. I am so fortunate to have been able to work with someone with such empathy, compassion, genuinity and understanding for others.… The level of care and professionalism is above and beyond each day I've worked with her. I have been coming to the Annapolis office since 2010 and I was seeing Dr lowtan and he relocated and I have been with Erika ever since! And even with me moving hour and had over Eastern shore I still visit and keep… Erika as my Dr She has been one the hugest professional blessings in my life and grateful for her , Jordyn my other one Tony is great as well! All the staff I’ve met are very welcoming and I plan to be with with this practice and Erika until she retirees!

This place hasn’t been my first mental health establishment I’ve been to but it definitely my favorite. All the staff is amazing. Dr. Erica Waynik has been my physiatrist since she started in Annapolis. She is a truly… caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding dr. She has helped me find medications that work the best for me(no longer on high doses). Erica and Jordan have helped me find happiness back in my life. Forever thankful for all of the staff!!

Ericka at committed to change in Annapolis is the BEST! I been going there since 2017. She always makes me feel better about myself. She always asked how my son's and mother is doing. She definitely changed my life. The… most kindest person I ever met.

Mrs.Erica has been the psychiatric best nurse practitioner I've ever been to. I've been coming to her for a few years and absolutely love her personality she's easy to talk to and very understanding. She always goes… above and beyond for all her patients. I highly recommend her. And her other colleagues Mr. Jordan is also very friendly and easy going.

Erica is the best psychiatrist there Is she is really compassionate about her patience she listens and she don’t judge she don’t just give you medication to see what the problem is and try to help you and I just give… you a ton of load of medication. I love her. She is so sweet and caring. I would recommend her to anyone and I have over the years. I’ve been coming for over 10 years if she leaves, I’m leaving. I told her that that’s how good she is. She is the best.

I have been a patient of Dr Erika’s for many years now & I couldn’t ask for a better psychiatrist! She actually cares for your wellbeing & treats you like a person, mutual respect. Unlike other Dr’s that look down on… you cuz you have a mental/Health condition. I suffer with major depression, anxiety, OCD & ADHD. My therapist Jordan has & continues to help keep me grounded & not spiral outta control. I’ve been through several different therapists cuz they just weren’t the right fit for me. I knew Jordan was the right fit our first session. I usually would prefer a female in any other case, but he just gets me & knows how to listen while also giving me great advice, coping mechanisms Etc… Commited to Change is for adolescence as well. I will end this with, call & schedule your first apt with Erika & go from there. See if it’s a good fit as I do!

I was going to Committed to Change for about 6 years And let me tell you there is NO ONE ELSE like Dr. Erika Waynik or my therapists Ms. Stephanie and Mr. Jordan. They are all the MOST WONDERFUL AND CARING people I have… ever met in mental health. None of them have ever judged me for any of my issues which I have felt in previous situations at different places. They all genuinely care about you. Sadly, I had to move out of state and it was the hardest thing to have to find a new mental health provider. I did not want to leave I have found the perfect place for my mental health after looking for 20 YEARS!! I highly recommend Dr. Erika Waynik and Mr. Jordan for therapy as I know Ms Stephanie is no longer there at the moment although she was amazing as well. They all helped me get through some very difficult times in my life and I wasn’t just a number or patient to them, I was a human being. I wish I could move them all here with me! So anyone out there that’s looking for a great mental health facility where you will be heard and not seen and you are participating in your own mental health solutions, go to Committed to change and see Dr Erika Waynik and Mr Jordan! And shout out to Me Tony at the front desk! He is awesome! All the staff are kind, caring and supportive! Kind, loving and compassionate care. I am truly blessed to be a patient at this practice. Their counselors are insightful and supportive. Psychiatrists are attentive and professional. Please keep in mind that if you are… on a controlled substance medication, then you will need to do in office visits and utox testing. Commited to Change is a safe space for psychiatric care.

I have been a patient of this incorporation this before it's inception. I believe I was actually the first patient of committed to change (back when they had a Columbia office) with its founder rajendra lowtan who left… the practicefor legal reasonsas i understand it. Don't let the name fool you they are not trying to change or even detox people anymore only harm. They believe that having me discharged after making a commitment to sheppard pratt to do my after patient care was alright when it dealt with medicine they gave me that can result in death from detox. None of that swayed them from lying, threatening and just being outright lazy. I also will not be swayed by reporting your drug mill that killed someone I knew directly and loved but never reported it because i was fooled into thinking they wouldn't overprescribe or under report and that they already done all this. Instead my experience was you have to come in person instead of a phone call about 16 hrs (not even 24) before my appointment where I was discharged without cause and even the psychological director said it wasn't his call he was forced my the medical director (for liability reasons) only go here if u want yourself or a loved one to be overlooked over billed and undertreated.
