This place is a life saver! From the front desk to the counselors and the doctor everyone shows nothing but love and compassion. Truly has made such an impact in my life and my journey in recovery!

The kindness and professionalism is monumental at this clinic. Dealing with chronic pain and 25 yrs of methadone as my medication, everyone I encountered was understanding and helpful! Brandy is phenomenal in expertise… of client relations. Mike also reached out being genuinely helpful! I hope to stay in touch with such great people on my journey of healing. (Kudos to all I have met this week!)

Love this place been a cms client for 6 years. If you need help in recovery this is the place to go. Mike is amazing and will go above and beyond to make you feel heard and to remind you of the good things that are to… come. Thanks cms.

Life changing.. Great staff!

This is the best clinic in the world. I swear they have changed my opinion of Methadone clinics everywhere. The people that run this clinic are trandyruly amazing. From the manager Mike and all the counselors to the… Nurses. Even the front desk girl Brandy. They all go out of their way to help you mature and prosper in every way possible. They will change your life. And you will never feel guilty or regret being in Methadone ever again. They are innovative and truly caring loving people. And they couldn't do it without Mike and Sharla the Dr. I can honestly say. In 40 years of addiction I'm happier than I've ever been. I quit feeling guilty just for being on Methadone. I gaurentee you will never regret it. Getting clean and staying clean has never been easier. Live your life free of fentinal and heroin. DO it with pride not shame! That's what they teach you at CMS Prescott Valley.

This place really is great. For what it is, any place will find a way to take you right. But CMS goes above and beyond to make yo feel welcome and make you feel comfortable and to work around your schedule to the best… of their ability. Great place with an amazing staff. Thanks guys.

What a GREAT environment of caring and understanding Community Medical Services exudes from the time you enter to the time you exit their facility! I have recently relocated from Orlando, Florida and prior to living in… Florida, I began receiving out-patient services in Seattle, Washington. So I have experienced enough treatment facilities to provide feedback that the best thus far and by far, is at Prescott Valley Community Medical Services! When I first arrived and met their front desk personnel, Brandy, she made me feel like I was her best friend with her bright, big, smile and that she would do whatever in her power so that I receive the best of care AND SHE DID! It was due to her that I decided to transfer my services from Phoenix to Prescott Valley! I was only there as a guest but after meeting her, another counselor, (whose name I did not get) but came out from his office to share his own personal tribulations of addiction, and another counselor, Alex, offering referrals for housing, that I transferred that very day! If you are looking for success in your recovery and need a professional and experienced staff to assist you, Prescott Valley Community Medical Services is the place for you! If you are thinking it’s too far for you, maybe distance is exactly what you need to be successful at this point in your recovery. However , I can testify that whatever your need may be to finally be SUCCESSFUL, it will be met here!

CMS..has saved my life..Iam so thankful for CMS,and Iam thankful for methadone..Iam able to be sober and have a life..and every one at CMS is so easy to be around, ever one who works at CMS is recoverd from addiction so… they know how to help...and you can be your self,you don't have to hide behind a mask..and they don't shame you because of being an addict. And they have an amazing Wednesday group and at the group you can eat a hot breakfast meal of biscuits and gravy..and they have adults coloring books,and watching T.V. hanging out..

Love this place tried to post three different times hopefully this one goes through this place is great way better than sbh and if ur truly ready to get off this is the place to do it no judgement and u do things when… it ready no pressure more of a family than a treatment center staff is always there to help and wedndays u can come eat and sit and watch tv Julie Mike and Anthony as well as our peer support and our receptionist all u gotta do is call or come on and mandy will help u it take just a few minutes and ur dosed and feeling better and on it way I would not of done it without them thank all of u

This clinic has saved me from Insanity! This is by far the best clinic I've been on in 40 years of Methodone. I was literally ready to just detox 😩 and then I went back to CMS Prescott Valley. I am already in such a… better place. I feel like I can make life worth while again. Seriously if you need help, go to CMS. Cannot say enough about the councilor 's there. Have never met better and I've been on clinics in New York, Colorado, Florida and about 4 other states. These guy's rock. Go to CMS Prescott Valley!! I had PTSD from a clinic in Flagstaff. Mike and Anthony litterly saved my life. Why can't all clinics be like this. They treat you like a regular person. I can honestly say they saved my life and my mental well-being. The Dr.is also just wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. It is so nice that I actually look forward to going. And I only go once a month. When was the last time you heard that for a Methodone clinic? CMS Precot Valley rocks!!Mike the Manager makes you feel special right from admin. and even 4 years later. He is by far the reason CMS is so great. And the Counselors and Nurses rock also Hats off to Anthony, my Counselor. I've told him things that I have never revealed to a Counselor before. I don't have to guard every feeling.. I can be me without fear of retribution! Never ever been able to say that about a Methodone clinic. I will never leave this clinic.!! After 40 years on Methodone.. there is a God, and Mike and Anthony are his angels!!!

This place has given me so much hope and support in one of the darkest moments / chapters of my life thus far. The staff here are beyond understanding, patient, kind and overall respectful. The MOST AMAZING cms I've been too 😁 caring ,so supportive LOVING and always so helpful- and if you ever fall they will definitely help u get right back up 💕 in hard times when I needed somewhere to go they helped me… get into residential treatment that same day then transitional and now I'm in an Oxford house ✨ shout out to the whole team

This place is a godsend.

CMS is the reason I’m sober, recovering, and safe. I was nervous about starting MAT last year, but they welcomed me with open arms. Even if I left for a while & came back, they were always there to support me & my… choices, even if they were the wrong choices. I’m so thankful for CMS every single day that I am sober. They are not just a MAT clinic, they become your family!

CMS Prescott Valley AZ is the best Medication Assisted Therapy clinic for helping us recover from OUD ( opioid use disorder) . I've never felt more supported by an outpatient clinic. I'm thriving and in recovery! Thank… you to ALL the incredible staff Brandi, Mike, Sean Michael, Anthony, Kristi among other wonderful support staff and to the Dr's and nurses at CMS in Prescott Valley AZ. Thank you for humanizing me with compassion and support in my recovery process. Thank you for creating a program where I feel like I can thrive and not just survive.

My husband is going there and the people there are wonderful, it's so nice to be treated like a human not a number, this place is always clean, like I said you couldn't ask for a better group of people, just… wonderful!!!!

Kind, friendly, thoughtful, staff. I go there and my first day I was taken seriously and treated fairly. I was impressed to say the least and oh so thankful for their time!

This is an outstanding provider of much needed addiction treatment that stands above other clinics by notwithdrawing services for positive screenings.They stand behind the patients they serve to HELP them when theu… really need it.most clinics kick you to the curb for positive UA's while CMS recognizes the reality of extra help and time is needed not releasing them from assistance. Im impressed with the team at Prescott Valley and I mean everyone from front desk to nurses to case managers, they ALL shine. The difference between drifting thru and shining thru. I highly recommend this place

I just moved to this clinic and it’s my third clinic and BY FAR the best clinic I have ever gone to. I can not stress enough how incredible my experience has been and that’s because of the staff and how far they have… gone to make sure I was able to get the treatment I needed. I had the worst time with medical transportation and they really made my problems their problems. From being on the phones for days making calls to the transportation company on my behalf to keeping to clinic open a few minutes knowing I was going to be late because transportation was late. They also made it their business to get me to weekly’s and push the nurses to get the paperwork the next time i went in after doing the paperwork. I would give them 10 stars if I could !!!

CMS is such a wonderful and great place! The whole staff here at CMS Prescott Valley are the absolute best people ever! They're all so extremely kind and very compassionate. I feel they go beyond their means to make you… feel welcomed and most of all very important in every step of your recovery to help you succeed. Amazing staff!

Ya know...C.M.S has been a very fundamental aspect as to why I have been able to have a positive role in my recovery with substance abuse...the dynamics of C.M.S,being their well rounded approach to ones needs is… nothing to take lightly!!! The entire staff is whole heartedly dedicated to treating people like a loved one in a sense...I always felt welcomed and had the impression that they always cared for people on an individual basis, always attentive to ones needs always from my perspective.i truly love everyone there for I was treated with upmost respect & dignity.....they are really there for the ones struggling to gain a foothold in their recovery and I don't say this lightly!!! The entire staff all the way up to the founder has my utmost sincere thanks and respect...yo!!!! Much luv you all!!!!

The provider really gets it and is easily scheduled, counseling is on point (shout out to Anthony my counselor). In the past I felt like a number not a patient. These guys care from management down to brandy the… receptionist. Thank you community health services. May you inspire other clinics to be multi model , summarily I'm saying that they do far more than dispense medicine and as an addict I need the structure that CMS provides me. Thanks guys I have hope again
