I absolutely love this clinic it changed my life. I'm now clean and sober a bit over 2 yrs. I couldn't thank them enough. Staff is always so helpful, they have gone above and beyond for me a countless amount of times.… My only problem is the hrs of operation I was literally 1 min past close time and I wasn't allowed to dose. I wasn't allowed to leave work any sooner than I did and they don't care you will not be let in to dose if you are 1 sec past the close time. That's my only problem. I know rules are rules and they are only doing their job but maybe someone higher up can consider the hours of operation. You all do an amazing job I LOVE CMS RURAL 🫶🫶🫶

Although I would love longer hours, I have had a great experience at this Clinic. The counselors really care, the nurses are always smiling and the manager has an open door policy. Anyone who is trying to get help… should go to the Tempe clinic.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to CMS Tempe, especially Claudia Hernandez. She has been nothing short of amazing. Claudia is always supportive, always on point with the CMS app, and consistently sends kind,… encouraging words that genuinely make a difference. Her professionalism, her energy, and the way she shows up for people is rare. CMS Tempe is lucky to have someone like her, and I truly appreciate everything she does. If everyone operated with her level of commitment and heart, the world would run a lot smoother. Thank you, Claudia — you’re a real one.💜

It feels like I practically live there. They have two rooms with a tv in each one. There's a kinda game show on the tv if they call your #'s you win a prize, it's the same prize everyday but it's something. But really's… it's nice places with good staff. So come on down to CMS and get right.............with your life.

The hours are just not feasible if you have a job and a life.. I pulled in at 9:02 AM today to make up for my missed appt yesterday because I could not get there until after 11:00 AM... They would not open the door or… answer the phone .... I am also wondering why they make you come to them every day instead of once a week? Makes no sense to me and I may have to find a new clinic... On the flip side when I am able to get there between their incredible tight window of time the providers and counsellors are very good and kind....

Good staff and Councellors that seem to really care... The hours are a bit tough to deal with and the zero tolerance that seems to be one way with regards to punctuality and timeliness gets old... All in all it's a good… location and provides a valuable service to the community ....

Don't let CMS lie to you and tell you there are no more openings for the GRANT. You don't have to pay out of pocket! I went to Valley Del Sol... got on the GRANT right away. No questions asked. While CMS tells me I have… to pay 70$ a week because I don't have state insurance anymore.

Update 3/14/25 Front desk staff are WAY better with clients! 💯I was a client for about a year. Great place to come daily. DESHON, great counselor. Thanks for the help *****Front desk Karen is the only bad thing about… this clinic. I've never met a person with so much anger and rudeness in my entire life. If you hate your job so much quit!

I don't like how small the waiting area is its crowded most the time but I've gotten lucky between the time 8 and 9 am in and out , DeShawn is my counselor bad ass dude he's awesome and is very empathetic about helping… you succeed and do the program right he will make sure if u take the right steps he will get u to go less and less everyday to the clinic by giving u more take home bottles , he notices and rewards ur good hard work in sobriety, he gives u resources ,he helps with great advice, fwill help u set a relapse prevention plan in place ect, he's just all around a solid guy I love him and got lucky to have him as my counselor.highly recommend u ask for him as yours. I was on 120 mils of methadone and now I'm at 40 they helped me taper comfortably and I feel great I'm sober today and am excited for each day I wake up. This program saved me as long as u do it the right way stay clean pass ur UAs network and start a taper u can be off this stuff and living a normal life again in no time. Don't rush it tho .

The wait can be super long. I Would really like to see them figure out a way to make it a more smooth process maybe have a certain day that group homes can come because it seems like when clients are coming by the van… full It gets kind of crazy. The staff is pretty cool here no complaints there. And my last request I guess maybe complaint is I wish you guys in general would be more transparent about an exit plan for somebody that is not trying to be on methadone for long. I understand it’s one day at a time Not everybody is trying to be on this crap for more than a couple of months

I think right now today, there is a great balance of employees. The reception is exceptional. I admire anyone who maintains a great demeanor in the midst of office to reception chaos that happens in every… office/reception environment. Combined with administrative duties, the CMS operation is optimal. I have always had great counselors.....is my Counselor today. She does what she says she can do and she stays on top of any issue one might have, until the finish. She is also always available when in need. My Provider I don't want to say who I think was the best, because they have all been great in their own ways. My Provider today just may been the one, along with my counselor, they are making away for a reasonable recovery. One that is going to be affective in the success of recovery. Then there is the new dosing schedule, just started. It's a bi-weekly instead of the "daily except Sunday". The new schedule will make things better for everyone involved. Not to mention the freedom it gives the client/patients. The time and gas saved is a great benefit as well. Thanks CMS for all you have given in helping everyone succeed in life. And the untold lives you all have saved. Compassion always makes a way....Oh and Of course the Dosing nurses always make my day....Peace is a way to live. Love is what is lived. Music is the link to the Universal....a connection of One.

Everyone at the Rural location is just absolutely wonderful. From the counselors to the BHT’s, to the front desk, everyone is very helpful and considerate. My counselor has gone to bat for me and I’m forever grateful.… Also, make sure to utilize the resources that the counselors have, it’s well worth it.

My counselor is extremely kind and understanding. Though staff may be strict, they do care about your recovery. whether you agree with their rules or not, they are always welcoming you with open arms. (the female dr is… a little off, only because she’s either 20+ min late to zoom calls, or doesn’t show up 45% of the time.)

I have been at CMS for a few years now and over the years I have met great nurses and unfortunately some great staff have come and go but they are usually have caring employees. You can expect to move quickly in and out… as far as waiting in line. Donna is my counselor but she is mostly at the 24th st clinic and she’s someone who cares and listens.

I think based on my own perspective. The intense level that the staff performs their responsibilities to clients is impressive..Given time and attention to each individual patient / client . The Providers have an… overwhelming amount of responsibility providing information so the patient can make informed decisions about health and recovery. The staffs ability to orgastra appointments with counselors and providers is the best. A responsive team. Team unity creates balance and harmony that creates understanding and healing for everyone.. Understanding and unity brings the harmony of success.
