I absolutely adore my cms alvernon people! They are different than Broadway. They care. They know YOU and notice when your not there and not because the computer tells them but they notice. It's never a horrible wait… the provider is so great she truly cares as well!! Even if Broadway or park is closer to your home, go to alvernon! You'll have good success with your recovery because you'll have an amazing team behind you!!

Best clinic in town! I started with CMS about 3 months ago and the care/front desk service at the Alvernon location is better than any other healthcare I have received anywhere else. Action, Brea, Chaundell are all… super helpful when you walk in, getting patients on the board sometimes before they even get in the door!

Cms alvernon is the best outpatient treatment facility in Tucson. I used to go to broadway cms and it is no where near the level of care and compassion as the staff at cms 0alvernon! Everyone there from the front desk… to the doctor to the support staff are all amazing people that truly want to help and support you when you need it most! Hands down out of all Tucson facilities CMS ALVERNON is where you want to go!! August 2025

I am a transfer from the Broadway and Jessica location as I live a two minute walk away from this location, so you can bet that I was waiting and waiting for this place to open with the busses being my main means of… transport. I was actually the very 1st registering customer at this new location. I have to say that it is very clean, and everyone there is very professional, nice, helpful, and just awesome. My counselor, Paula, has to be one of the easiest, coolest people to talk to that I've ever met. She is not just an employee, but has lived the life all the cms family of clients have lived. I hope she makes a lot of dough cuz she is worth it. The only negative thing I have to say is about the size of the waiting room that is a quarter of the size of the Broadway and Jessica location's and I can see this new location doing twice the amount off patient load than the Broadway location. I think they are going to end up taking out that huge glass window and partition wall that makes up the frame for the window and turn that conference room on the other side of the window completely into more waiting room real estate. Otherwise I guarantee they will end up with chairs outside under those tents like they use at the free cell phone stands for shade because I guarantee a 16 foot by 8 foot space with 10 waiting room metal folding chair type of chairs in it is not gonna cut it there. No way. But my experience being the only customer in the building was awesome. I got the red carpet experience. No complaints whatsoever.
