Very helpful staff and very time conscious of getting the clients': Client ID# up on the board to be able to get their daily dose of medication & any take homes that are available to the individual. You're apointed a… case manager and there is also a provider/ Dr. over telemed video call; That you get to speak to/ with every so often, about the amount/ mg of medicine you are taking & discuss any & all side effects or how you feel about the amount you are taking. You also have the option of getting tested for various illnesses. They're very helpful & friendly. They will pick you up for your intake..

Definitely the place to go if you need immediate assistance as far as long term support for those who have put in the work to earn a bi weekly supply they consistently fail. Every single one of my appointments has been… rescheduled by the staff and made very inconvenient to maintain a routine and be at work on time…may seem minor but the inconvenience causes tremendous issues

I’m extremely lucky to have found this place. They never gave up on me and encouraged me all the way to where i am now, which is the most successful ive been in my sobriety in many years. All the counselors ive had have… been amazing and have gone above and beyond for me. My current counselor Marcus has been a huge part in my continued success and im extremely grateful for him as well as all of the staff there. I’ve been through many programs and CMS is the only one that I actually BELIEVE in the fact that they actually care. I encourage anyone who is wanting to get clean and get their life in order to come to CMS. They truly have saved my life. EDIT: I just wanted to name a couple other people that I want to give credit to who have also been so great in my experience at CMS; My counselor before Marcus was a woman named Buffy, she too was amazing and went above and beyond for me and never gave up on encouraging me towards success in my sobriety. Another person there I want to put the spotlight on is Alex, she is one of the nurses who works the dosing window as well as other things and she absolutely saved the day for me a few weeks ago when an honest mistake/mixup threatened to mess up my take home privileges that I’ve worked hard to get. She worked with my counselor and another staff member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember to make sure it got resolved that day and it did. My experience with these kinds of places I’ve been to in the past during my sobriety journey has often involved staff who could not care less and had there have been an issue like the one I’m talking about I know without a doubt I would have gotten the short end of the stick and would have just been screwed plain and simple, so I can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am and how much I appreciate what Alex, Marcus, and the other staff member did to make sure everything was taken care of. I went through many other programs in the years prior to me finding CMS, and these guys care, plain and simple.

I just want to express my gratitude for Stephanie (counselor) and Christa (provider). I cannot express in words how thankful I am for my treatment team! From words of encouragement regarding addiction/recovery,… motherhood and career, to always having an extra minute to hear me out. This clinic goes above and beyond for their members. I understand how busy mental health can get but I have never felt rushed and I have always felt like a person who is seen and understood. Thank you so much for believing in me before I could fully believe in myself. I am forever grateful. Also, huge shout out to Jay (counselor) who made a huge difference in my life right after giving birth. I was truly at my most vulnerable and appreciate all the support I was given. Never ever stop what you’re doing because the work you put in is quite LITERALLY life changing ❤️‍🩹 #TeamCMSonPark

I would leave at Star if I could. They claim to want to help people but I was turned away for something I didn't even do. The new manager is a horrible person they don't care to truly help anyone especially when we… actually do change.

I love my counselor Jessica. I'm also super impressed with Buffy as a counselor as well! I'm grateful for them both to be able to freely be honest with both of them with zero judgement. I would have to say the new boss… , my first impression of her was not good. She told me she would call me about a very important matter . She also told me she was going to bring my situation up in meeting ( and call me ). This never happen. I do get carries so the next time I came in , she happen to be by the front desk helping the other lady check people in. She ask me my name which shocks me due to me having a long conversation with her in her office about a very important matter. I said to her " Brittany you don't remember me ?? Also thanks for ur call back you never called me ." She smiled an said " oh yeah ha I remember you , I'm sorry I forgot to call you". I got checked in an felt so not valued by her professional ways of handling things. I'm just super grateful for Jessica, and Buffy to support me through tough times. They got to know me for me , and I'm always honest/ open to them due to the professional/friendly manner. They remember me, and I'm not just a client. ❤️ When you are going through hard times little things matter. The fact they got to know me for me ! They always have smile / welcome me every time they see me. Jessica always checks on me , advocates for me in a positive manner. If Jessica is not there I know I always can rely on Buffy.

Lupita always makes the front desk feel welcoming. with her kindness, and smile. Their can be some wild characters who come in, but she keeps everything running smoothly even during the busiest craziest time. and she… treats everyone with patience and respect. Community Medical Services is lucky to have someone who can check people in and brighten their day at the same time! Mia is consistently friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She handles check-in with confidence and care, making patients feel comfortable and supported right away. Even on hectic mornings, she stays calm, professional, and kind—like a customer service BOSS. LOL without the PARKING SPOT. (though she deserves one). Her dedication truly makes a difference in the patient experience. IVY brings such a warm and uplifting energy to the front office.its feels like Christmas when shes working. Foreal, she decorates and brings that warm Xmas good vibe. People love asking for coffee..if she could she'd bring you hot cocoa 😆 Kyla (Dosing DOCTOR) Kyla is a great dosing Doctor who bringz professionalism, compassion, and a calm presence..that really helps me with ALL KINDS OF ANXIETY RUNNING THRU MY HEAD AND I appreciate THAT. She explains things clearly, so I feel at ease and always on the same page to having positive thoughts. Her humor is just right very much needed at "DA CLINIC" that’s hard to find. CMS is lucky to have her on their team fasho.! She will brighten your DAY AND PUT A BIG'OL SMILE ON YOUR FACE CMS might need to put a warning label on her for being too good at her job. FoReal Dosing Doctor Dr. GG what can i say, she is incredibly dope. She always brings that professionalism, compassion, and humor in a big way that instantly puts me and im sure others at ease. To me MAT SERVICES can be scary non positive non supportive "PAST EXPERIENCES ; Not this Clinic personally. No matter how rough the day starts, she has a gift for turning it into a better one with her kindness and positive energy. She understands you :) CMS is very fortunate to have such a caring, dedicated, and uplifting member on this team. Sometimes i forget theirs a line and just wanna keep talking..lol. And Juan, we can't forget about "JUAN my boy" he has alot of faith and hope in people. Witch makes him a great person at heart. And an excellent candidate at higher positions in this field. If i could choose who i wanted as a counselor Juan, ur up.! Zack is my counselor hes very good working with me, i feel like i overwhelm him with plans i want to work out for me, to better myself n the next year or 2, it makes me feel good hearing that he is going to try his best to get me where i want to be B4 ITS TO LATE. that part just my anxiety to EVERYONE READING THIS. DONT GIVE UP AND GOD BLESS..✌️ ❤️ & chicken 🐔 grease. Im out jullian loya. Can't spell loyal or loyalty without my last name. 💯
