All the ladies there are very friendly
Had me on hold for just booking an appointment. Wasn’t professional at all.
Very good people and Healthcare overall!
I recently left la Frontera to come here and I have to say the treatment and care is night and day. Liz V is absolutely incredible I actually can text her when I need help. I've never had that before. My psych Dr Ian is… a great listener and takes my insight with total respect and hears me when I have something to say. My therapist Mario is so patient, attentive, and I can also text him when I need him. Which is amazing. There was not even a wait list to get into therapy. That's unheard of! My MAT Dr, Dr Martinez who is also my PCP is incredibly kind and understanding and patient. The receptionists on both sides of the clinic always go above and beyond to help when needed and so do the medical assistants. I couldn't be happier. I am overwhelmed with the outreach and true dedication of this staff. And Now they are starting to do group therapy which I can't wait to join. I'm so happy to be at this health home. I'll never go anywhere else! My team is the best I've ever had! Thank you for all the work you do and actually caring with everything you have! I finally feel at home.
Did not have to wait an hour for transportation
To anyone who needs mental health help i highly recommend
Friendly nurse's personable doctor who puts you at ease and listens to your concerns. He makes refurals to a specialist when needed.
I just recently did my intake and it was absolutely terrific. She was funny, real, comfortable, empathetic, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I had my first doctor appointment on Friday. The Doctor was just as… wonderful. What a breath of fresh air. I am more than impressed!
Dr. Ian Adams is the best! The staff here are very professional and helpful. I have always been treated with respect and felt heard by all the individuals I have interacted with over the last decade. This is a great… place for someone who is serious about treatment and recovery.
How very disappointed I am in this organization. I was with one CPIH for a year and they were the worse at everything they did so I left, I came back to try a different one to see if it was any different and scheduled… an intake for yesterday at 9:20 AM for over the phone and nobody called me at all, you just ditched me. You expect us to show up on time and reprimand us when we don't but you can just ditch us without even a call to say they couldn't do it at least that day and you expect me to trust you with my mental health needs and wellness? You guys literally were the last chance for mental health here in Tucson as I have been to too many and get the same results and you blew it, I already didn't trust the mental health system after 30 years of abuse from it and now you guys just were the last straw, I will never ever trust in any mental health system again not for my health and definitely not for my certification of Recovery Support, I am glad my barrier to driving stopped me frankly from pursuing this in one of your clinics, I do amazing work outside of your darn clinics and do way more for people than you all put together and you know what they all tell me I should be let in because I helped them and talk well and don't belittle them or waste their time. You people are a disgrace to whatever is left of the true good people who want to help me and my people. I got the certification for that reason alone and to fight injustices in these organizations such as yours and I think it is about time I do it my way. You all and more will be outed I refuse to let you treat us this way and continue to get away with it. As for the automated AI generated message don't bother sending one as I do not care to hear it if it isn't from the person directly and trust me we know. Also I screen shot everything for evidence and have evidence of your no show as well including this message and if you take it down you will be infringing on my law abiding rights to freedom of speech so I am putting my amendment rights here as well as the no discrimination against disabilities act as I am disabled and I have not used cursing or profanity to this message just the raw truth from someone who has been beaten down too much and seen others like me get the same treatment well no more. I am fighting now, you messed with the wrong family line and sadly I kept warning you all of this every time I came in. So keep an eye out because trust me many want to know about this. I am not threatening your life either so don't go overreacting like you people usually do, I am making a vow to protect my people from organizations such as yours and bringing your organizations and the many wrongs they have wrought to me and my people. It is sad and frankly pathetic what all these organizations put us through and all for what? Nice benefits? You take your wonderful benefits and enjoy them while they last, tyrant's never win in the end as you should know from our past history. And yes I am saying all this knowing I am certified so I don't want any of you to say this isn't how we act when you never gave me a chance at all in anything and wasted a lot of my years and mental health away. Well guess what I fixed myself on my own and the only reason I came back was to unburden my dear aunt from getting the vitamin that was helping with all my mental health and physical ailments. Luckily she lost her dad to suicide because once again no thanks to you guys so she knows how bad it can get for me and doesn't want to see that happen again ha she should be an RSS since that is what your jobs are prevention not making us digress. So with that said yeah keep an eye out because frankly I am done wasting my breath to you people. If you don't want others to know I will know if you take this post down and will also use it as one of my outtings of your organization as well. FYI gramps was one of those lineages I was talking about. Which is why I will not except any bs excuse from your organization I am done listening I am talking now and you will listen now.
My second home everyone always has a smile for me and treats me like I'm the only patient thanks for their care
1/2025 I've had services with them since they took over A.C.T.s in Tombstone then Sierra Vista, 10+ Years. I'm 55 yrs old and terminally ill. Jan 14th, 2025 my caseworker (whom I hadn't seen nor heard from in 2+ years)… came and did the "yearly" inspection of my home. I signed everything he handed me. Today I get a phone call from my caseworker telling me since I refused to sign the rent increase, I never refused anything!! That they are going to terminate my services. And I'd get a certified letter soon. I asked for the number and name to contact to clear it up. The number I was given did not work. Though when I googled it, it says it belongs to community Partners. No name to contact. So I got number from website & called. Was transferred to member services, left a Voicemail, got call back some time later and was told that I'm not a member since 2022. But they've been paying their portion of the rent. In 2022, my lanlord received a letter one month into renting my current home stating they were terminating me due to multiple notices of rule breaking. I never broke rules. 6 Months later I receive same notice. I called the number on letter no one answered and I was told Voicemail hadn't been set up. So I was tranferred, then told it was mailed to me in error. I asked for them to send letter stating that 8x! Nothing! Landlord called too and was hung up on several times by CPH supervisor. This mental abuse has gone in several years. I was told many times by their parent company, Intermountain centers, that it would be dealt with, that never happened. Couldn't even get a call back after leaving multiple messages. They don't follow their own guidelines as stated on their website. The caseworkers support the slumlords not their clients, verbally abusive, don't help finding a home. When I talked to their crisis line they said they can't help with abusive caseworker but willing to hospitalize until you're ok with being homeless. They changed my caseworker 3x the minth my slumlord was illegally trying to evict me. Told me the day before I moved to a new place that I was responsible for all utility deposits. My other places were utilities included. Lefr me un home with no heat for a month. Told me Iwas pucky when Ididn'twant to live with rodent problems and an oven that didn't work.
It's good
I would not recommend this facility if you have an emergency. I had an appointment last week which got rescheduled for 9/4/24 just to get a call today that they would need to reschedule me for 10/28. A whole month… later??? This place is a joke. And front desk staff are no help whatsoever.
I’ve had only good experiences here personally. Ian’s assistant, I believe, set up a transfer of services for me to phoenix & going through it once again but the Community Partners in Phoenix is telling me they’re at… capacity when I was only there three months ago and I haven’t left the network so not so happy with the Phoenix establishment if they don’t allow me to come in because my mental health is walking that fine line right now and for the last nine months since I lost my apartment of 15 years I’ve lost myself. But they were there when I needed them after losing my very young friends at the beginning of the pandemic, although I did not lose them to Covid all my friends two years . That’s something. I’ll never forget when I couldn’t talk to anyone at all. They found room for me even though on the phone they found room for me. I travel well over a half hour after things got back on track and I wouldn’t change a thing
I've been a patient here for over 3 years and they've always been so helpful and kind, This clinic saved my life.
CHANGING FROM FIVE STAR TO TWO STAR FACILITY WAS ORIGINALLY ASSURANCE HEALTH AND WELLNESS. Assurance was a five-star facility. Unfortunately they sold facility & it eventually ended up in the hands of Community Partners… and they continuously went downhill. During COVID they started with telehealth classes which we're doing well until the facilitator quit; then they stopped classes and never really resumed any pertinent classes that a lot of us went to. Sometime around the beginning of COVID they also lost all of the doctors & only had 1 overworked and overwhelmed nurse practitioner Eventually I couldn't 'even get prescription refills & ran out of medication. When it finally got filled it was not the correct dosage so I sought help elsewhere. It's now April 2024 and I have been on a waiting list for a counselor since they resumed counseling towards the end of COVID. Going to start looking elsewhere for for that. It's a shame because Assurance was a wonderful place for healing. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great classes and counselors. Whole person care emphasis on mind, body, and spirit. Highly recommend.
I have been a client at Community Partners and at the Palmdale MAT Clinic for about 3 years now. The staff work hard and they really want to help there clients. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
All bad reviews are accurate. I've had my apartment flooded out twice by a neighbor, harassed by them with my specialist, & threatened by the neighbor, yet housing doesn't care about my peace & and well-being or… anything. Wont answer my calls or messages, but when I miss theirs, I am the one being "unresponsive." I don't get paid to do THEIR JOBS!! I have been denied medication I have taken before and know that has helped me. All my employment specialists quit and never once even helped me get a job interview. They treat you like a #number and just ENABLE you rather than truly are to and should help.
Everyone my son deals with there is very caring.
They are awesome here!!
