CSS in Glendale is one the the best outpatient facilities for individuals with behavioral health issues. The staff and facilities foster positivity for all clients no matter what their needs are. Counselors are licensed… and lead group classes and meet individually with clients.
Worst customer service. i have been calling daily to get things going. no one ever answers, the voicemail is either full or if you leave a message the do not call you back. i have been dealing with this since July of… 2020. Two months later i finally got my screening and was told how many classes i need to take.
They never answer phone calls I've been trying to get ahold of them for almost 1 week, I've left voicemails and still they have not called back.
