Great place. Some what new and a bit short on staff but over all clean and friendly Environment if you’re trying to change your life and take the change seriously. If not then this place will be your worst nightmare… come to life. So, in summary if you follow the rules they’re super helpful, but if you don’t you’re out without a warning!!
Karen is the worse staff member here ever…rude and incompetent… thankfully Karen is leaving here soon but I feel bad for whatever place employs her next…worst counselor EVER!!!
We all know that almost all of us have times either temporary or chronic mental issues. Engaging with CT counseling was the best help I've received from a counseling group to date. The staff are downright amazing. The… staff here are very committed to your and my wellness, through empathy, caring and my individual needs as a patient. The atmosphere provided by the staff is one of healing and looking forward to a productive future; with an emphasis on hard work. The hard work towards wellness is not a one way street, if you work hard they will match any expectations you may have, provided you are truly committed to your future as a healthy and productive person. My impression was that very idea stated above the harder I worked the harder they would help me to my ultimate goals. Good luck to all who choose to engage in programs that significantly improve your life again provided you are prepared to work diligently. Please call if you feel you've lost control of your own well-being. This is the best call I've made towards my own happiness and a healthy life.
