The only place I went for counseling that actually helped me and listened to me and did not judge me highly recommend if you are searching for help of any variety
I love my therapist. But if you don’t get the chance to reschedule with them directly, good luck with any of the receptionists. They never answer the phones. RARELY and I mean rarely ever call back. You shouldn’t have… to walk in just to make an appointment but sometimes after you’ve called them half a dozen times and don't hear a response maybe you're better off just walking in, in person. I wish they had some sort of patient online scheduling portal so you could surpass calling in at all. I also love that it’s entirely your fault that you’re no longer in the books when you haven't been able to get ahold of them for weeks.
Good luck trying to get a call back!!! No one answers the phone ever
I have had diabetes for almost 40 years. I have untreated add and depression. Take generic Lexapro given to me by pcp for it. I need help and I tried rescheduling my appointment twice due to illness. One was very sick… with a stomach bug and once with a very real scare ketone. Took 3 days to finally talk to receptionist and she told me I cant be seen Boooo! I was hoping to get help. Thanks for turning me down. No good opinion. Im gonna have to drive far now to get treatment.
Been with this agency since the beginning in the 1990s. They helped turn my life around immensly. Highly reccomend for those seeking support for Autism Spectrum Disorders
I’ve had an incredibly tough year, and looking back, I’m amazed at how much Katie and the entire office have helped me through. Katie is compassionate, supportive, and truly gifted at what she does. The office is always… welcoming, calming, and organized. It’s a place where you feel cared for the moment you walk in. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me!
At a different practice I had had an unpleasant experience with the therapist I was seeing before, so I was leery when meeting with Katie. I didn't need to worry. She has helped get me through a very rough year. And… when most people in my life were doubting me, she didn't. I will never forget that. She has helped me get back to a place of hope. I highly recommend Katie.
Providers are very attentive and always make sure to accommodate my work schedule for appointments. Staff is also diligent about providing contact information for help in the case of a crisis after hours
I have been with them for a while. They have been a god send for me and my mental health. Kathryn is my therapist and Brinkley is my psychiatrist and they have helped me so much more than my prior place. I can't thank… them enough!!!
My family worked with Melissa Dickinson as a therapist for my son, and I genuinely appreciated the positive connection she built with him. She was patient, calm, and warm during his sessions, and he responded well to… her approach. However, my personal experience when bringing up family concerns was significantly different. At one point, I wrote her a letter describing a situation at home that seriously worried me. I shared that I was concerned about the way my wife had handled a conflict involving our daughter, and I expected that a therapist would at least acknowledge the seriousness of the concern or guide us toward appropriate next steps. Instead, the response I received left me feeling dismissed and minimized. Rather than addressing the concern itself or helping me understand how to protect my daughter’s emotional wellbeing, I was told that what I wrote “sounded like I was tattling.” That comment was discouraging and, honestly, painful. It made me feel as if raising a concern about something that frightened me was somehow petty instead of responsible. I also felt that the situation was reframed in a way that blamed me rather than acknowledging the issue I brought up. I was told that I was the problem and labeled in ways that didn’t feel fair or constructive. Having a therapist respond that way—especially when I was reaching out to express worry about my child—made me feel unheard, invalidated, and unsupported. I understand therapists sometimes give difficult feedback, but the manner in which it was delivered and the lack of attention to the concern I raised left me feeling that my family’s needs weren’t taken seriously. My experience may not represent everyone’s, but this was the impact her communication had on me, and it affected my trust in the therapeutic process. –Angelo P.
I love my therapist her name is April she is so nice she helps me
Jasmine DeBeary is the best counselor there she's my favorite she listens she's very helpful I recommend her to anyone 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rasheeda House P.A. she is very good listens helps id recommend her to anyone and if your meds… are not working she helps find the right ones🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Dr.Brinkley my psychologist at the beginning he was good but I like Rasheeda better I would not recommend him at this time
What the hell is wrong with you and rashida me and someone else lost our meds and don't get no help and people wonder why they end up suicidal
Great group!
A family member was seeing Dr. Brinkly, we highly do not recommend he is very rude, and condescending. Then one day they just called and said I can no longer see you because of my insurance. I couldn't even pay cash.… They also lied to her telling her the state required her to go monthly to get her prescription and when confronted about it they said it was the insurance requirement but my new Dr said that was a lie and they were just doing it to make money. I'm also filing a complaint with the state.
Highly recommend. Tyler was my therapist and I highly recommend him
