How Much Does Treatment at Cranstoun Inspire Cost?
As a locally commissioned service, treatment through Cranstoun Inspire is generally available through the NHS and local authority system at no direct cost to eligible Sutton residents, with eligibility usually tied to residency and referral rather than open to visitors from elsewhere. Privately, comparable outpatient treatment in London tends to cost between roughly £1,500 and £4,500 a month, a figure drawn from the wider market rather than this specific service.
It’s best to contact the service directly to ask how self-referral works, what a first key-working session covers, and how education, training and employment support ties into ongoing treatment.

Cranstoun Inspire Reviews
A review from someone who has used Cranstoun Inspire directly, a relative who supported them through treatment, or a professional who has worked alongside the service would help other Sutton residents weigh up their options.
Beyond reviews, it’s worth checking the service’s registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the make-up of its clinical team. One good question to ask is how family or carer support is arranged alongside a person’s own treatment.
Helen Gibbs (key worker on wednesday groups) asked me “if you’ve been to rehab already and it didn’t work then why would you go again?” Frankly im not sure if that’s an appropriate comment / question to make. I do feel… they’re paying people to just sit there and give out some worksheets basically. There’s not much going on tbh
That do help people like me and others with out them we have nouthing x so thank u
A clearly under resourced service and does not provide any meaningful support or help for addictions, welfare or care.
Friendly staff and good range of services offered
they are very busy and its clear to see but they have been good to me over the years and helped me with various addictions ive struggled with. they are understanding and the receptionists are pleasant girls . this place… does offer alot of help and ive been stuck on white and B and benzos. defo give them a shout if your tryna break the cycle of addiction because its no life for a dog
Helpful in the past. Reached out again and got ignored. New name. New staff. New agenda... apparently.😔
Helen and the team are fabulous 👌
On the brink of giving up Cranstoun has really helped me to turn my life around. I’m not clean yet but thankfully I can see I’m defiantly on the way there thanks to staff especially Helen for helping me though the… process. I’ve gone from out of control to in control of my usage and on the road to becoming totally clean. Thank you to Helen and all the staff at Cranstoun. And thank you to the two reception girls for always putting a smile on my face the second I walk through the door. Thanks to Cranstoun I finally have control of my life again. They take you seriously and listen to everything you have to say. I don’t know where I’d be without them 🙏✌️
Blessed to have a a support system like this in Sutton
Personally for the short period of time I have known them for the have been ever so helpful from the receptionist Amy and Hannah, down to the other members of staff Emelda and Vivian couldn't thank you enough and nurse… Sharron the doctors and professor have all gone out of their way to help me in every way possible Evan when I have been the most difficult as I am at times, when I've popped up with no appointment and they've had to leave they stayed jus so they could meet my needs at satisfactory I'm always pleased when I've left and I would refer them to anyone who needs help with addiction, thank you inspire once again. Ms k Lionel. (Your client)
Supportive, friendly, helpful, informative ⁰a huge asset and an essential drug and alcohol facility for all the residents within the London Borough of Sutton
A great service that go above and beyond to help their clients
Sometimes helpful - it's hard to articulate the pain of addiction but these people try their best - I have good & bad things to say but overall I'd probably be worse off without these guys!
My partner attends. Poor time keeping on their part and not really on the ball with personal records. If you're seen within 20 minutes you're lucky. Very poor for such an important service. Staff change frequently.
Went to womans group...loved it!!
Absolutely brilliant place to get help for people with addiction very patient helpful and friendly staff
Hugely passionate and knowledgeable team who go out of their way to support people. They're dedication is an inspiration!
