I had been sober for four years. I lost my insurance so I had to find a different clinic. I found this clinic and it was absolutely hell. They said my levels for suboxone was low but couldn't tell me why. I told them… suboxone is helping me stay alive. They kicked me out 2 weeks later. I was impressed with the check in guy. And my psychiatrist.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our recovery coach James Kroeker. Even though he's on the Voices of Hope team , my husband and I met him through Denova , and we have been so blessed. Not only was he always there… anytime we needed help , but he has remained a constant , not only in our lives , but our sons life as well. I wish everyone connected with Denova and Voices of Hope could have the opportunity to have him in their life. He has been nothing short of a God send for us and he is part of the reason we are coming up on 17 months of sobriety. ❤️🙌🙏

This place is amazing. Filled with ppl that actually care about how you do and will help you reach your goals on your time. Ive been to other places that treat you like a criminal and put you on a strict plan like its… parole. Not everyones the same. Some need extra care and some dont. these ppl show the upmost respect and build a plan for you and not a cookie cutter routine designed for the masses to get you in and to pump as much money out of ppl as they can. They work with you if your late or need to reschedule. Or even if you have insurance issues. Andi will do her absolute best to inform you on every outcome and what youll need to pay out of pocket if your without insurance. Usually very quick in and out. Like most days usually less than 30 minutes. All around a great experience and theres a whole lot of very good ppl that work together for the best outcome for all their patients. I drove an hour for over 2 years just to stay at this place because you know they're going to remember you and do whats best for you.

I've been to 3 clinics including this one and this is the best experience yet... Very nice staff and dr i also seen dr sandy and she is awesome i love her she treats u as a person not a addict

Everyone has been so wonderful, and they were so supportive from my first interaction. Andi has helped me a great deal. She has always been willing to listen if I was struggling with something other than getting my… meds. Andre, too, has allowed me to rant and rave about my feelings and does an amazing job at helping me to cope with all of the things that go along with addiction and I truly appreciate him. His office is a calm place of refuge and he allows me to set the tone for our counseling sessions. The front office and the Nursing Staff all work together to address any issue I might be having. Tonia has been an excellent therapist. She is very insightful and offers good suggestions on how I can help my anxiety. She is very understanding and easy to talk too. Her postivie attitude is so helpful.

Andi is the best. Really cares about her patience. And she’s a Detroit fan. So that’s good too. Lol. Mr Riddick is a great counselor. You can tell he cares about people. Good place to get started if you need it.

Dr.Deicel goes above and beyond for her patients.She has medicated me and see's the growth and maturity in my recovery. If there is anything in my recovery that needs to be addressed it is. She's straight up with me and… that is why I like and would refer her to anyone, if you're serious about sobriety and something new,go-to Denova it's a hell of a place to redefine who you are!!!!

No judgment, kind,friendly,professional.And the best doctor I've ever seen in 35 years active addiction .andre is the best ever hope i spelled that correctly.but every single person there is great for real great people… I ❤️ them.

Know what I love about Kay?? Thats easy, she listens to me! From day one, she allowed me to express my thoughts on my situation and feelings for my treatment. She didn't overlook that and move in her own way. She walked… the steps that I needed for my own personal journey and recovery. She listened when I needed to vent. She helped when I had a situation with outside agencies. She has been a support system that I needed, and not what someone else thought was best for me. Kay is one of a kind, and the only thing I dread about fading out of the program as I finish my final steps of reliance on medication for recovery, is that I will no longer have her to look to when those weights of life bare down on my shoulders. Thank you Kay, I have appreciated you every step of the way!!

Denova is by far the best place to go for your recovery needs that require a doctor. Every single person there cares and they put genuine effort into helping every client to the best of their ability. Update 7-23-2025:… Denova continues to be the best place to go if you want a place that really cares about your recovery and isn't just trying to move as many people through as possible. Every single person you meet here from the receptionist to the Doctor cares and it shows just in the atmosphere. I have been to many other places in Lexington and even other states over the years and nowhere else I've been even compares.

I can’t speak highly enough of the compassionate and insightful care I’ve received. Their ability to gently navigate the complex layers of grief and addiction is nothing short of remarkable. They create a space that… feels safe, grounded, and judgment free allowing real healing to happen.
