New Seasons literally saved my life.! They now accept Ms. Medicaid and most all insurance now. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. And they NEVER judge you or make you feel ashamed for anything you've gone through.… And they are always there to help guide you through your recovery! I would DEFINITELY recommend New Season if you suffer from OUD(opiate use disorder)!

These people couldn't care less about you. I've been in this program for 6 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the facilities that I have visited but I transfer around a bit because I work construction. It wasn't… until I tried to transfer here that everything went bad. They just didn't want to be bothered with an intake. I tried to explain to them how long I have been on this medication and that my job and livelihood depends on me not being sick because I'm a superintendent. Don't care. They just told me to go home and they would call me. Thank God I went somewhere else that day and they were able to take me in right away. This place didn't even bother calling me back. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I have been in clinics in Mississippi, Washington DC, Boston, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Oregon, Tucson, South Carolina, North Carolina, and now Tennessee. Out of all of those places this is the only place I have ever been made to feel like they just did not care. Thank God there was a behavioral health group that was more than happy to cover their slack on extremely short notice. They literally saved my livelihood. These people here don't care about your livelihood. Do yourself a favor and look for a clinic somewhere else. One of the most important parts of recovery is compassion, and you're just not going to get that here.

I called 4 help with alcohol and I got a wonderful lady name Lana in support center. She gave some number, to try to help, but 2 of the. Numbers where not working. The last number I tried was working. But the person on… other end was rude. But anyways, the support center is a great place to get advice. Thank ms. Lana in support center.

This is the BEST clinic you'll EVER find! The staff are top notch! The counselors all have Master's degrees and are usually very well versed on addiction. The nursing staff are excellent, as well. At other clinics I've… used I've had some pretty bad experiences but this place is different. I feel respected and feel like my voice is heard. I've been a patient at this clinic since July 2017. lf you're serious about staying clean and getting help then I would highly recommend New Season!!!

I felt this review was needed to save others the headache. If you truly need treatment, do Not waste your time at this place. You will be treated accordingly depending on the color of your skin, the way you dress, and… the way you act. The program director has counselors do her dirty work, while she lies to patients. I tried to reach out to corporate and could never get a call back. Thank God for the BHG, and there staff.

The worst clinic out there ! I missed 4 days because I didn't have a ride.so I missed group so I come to get my dose on a Saturday sick as hell and they will not dose me and btw they are closed on Sunday so 2 more days… with no medicine! This place doesn't want to help people they want them to go out on the street!

Jason Scott Bane7 years ago

I hate that I had to give even one star. After being a patient at BHG in Memphis for over 5 years I thought I would switch being closer to where I live but after 3 months I was still not at the proper dosage to get or… stay clean being they will only move you up 5mgs a week and only after the entire counseling staff decide that you can go up during their weekly staff meeting. It's a joke all the way around, to be honest after being a patient elsewhere I couldn't take this place seriously. Dont get me wrong the staff is polite but the administrator/dictator must make known that she is in charge at every turn and you will now or else! This is hard to do when it is clear that she has no idea how to run a successful clinic. I truly hope they are able to find their way and correct some of the glaring mistakes they have in place. The attendance level at this location speaks for itself being there should be a line out the door daily with all of the addicts from Ms. that are forced to go to Memphis instead of staying in their home state to receive treatment. My sentiment has been shared by everyone I've spoken to that has given Crossroads a try only to run back to BHG after realizing they had wasted both time and money. . In short...save your time and money and go to one of the BHG locations in Memphis,Tn.
