Scam. Botox is fake they will keep charging your card. They will completely overcharge you and then not answer. will not Return messages or be able tobook an appointment if you have a membership, don’t even do it.. It’s… a waste of money and the Botox is fake

This is a complete scam. Do NOT go here. The Botox is fake and does not work. my first experience here I bought a $4000 membership for the year although the services did not work, I continued to work with them because I… actually believed that U may be building a tolerance to Botox. I the. came in to be bullied by one of the staff. I was put down, degraded. Picked apart, called fat and tried to be bullied into paying for lipid..and never went back again. I decided to give them a second chance, I went back again and heard that their services were better and they had new people working there. I bought the membership for $600 a month paid for two months upfront and again absolutely nothing happened. I have been getting Botox for years and have never once had this experience except for when I went there. . There response was “oh well, you can always just come back to get more!?” I told them not to charge my card . I already paid $1200 for Botox that did not work. I canceled the membership and said do not touch my card. They called me that day. “Hey we are ready to run your card.” I said I told you do not touch my card. about a month later after the membership was canceled, three months after the original date, they decided to just randomly charge my card $600 the other day. I very nicely called a few times asked what was going on left messages tried to call got no response. so I will be filing a police report For fraud, I contacted my bank and I am also going to call up the federal trade commission because this cannot happen and the board of health,or whoever I have to call to report fraud for this establishment. Save yourself a headache in the money just don’t go here

They are rude with costmer ..when I talk with them there is one lady she go inside the room and close the door .. without listening.. if the costmer ask you something atleast listen to them.. costmer pay you , you guys… not give the free of cost treatment..

UPDATE AS OF JULY 2026: I am still being charged monthly for a service that should have been cancelled since January 2025. This is over a year of erroneous charges for services that you have acknowledged on my Google… review should have been cancelled. Every time I try to call your office back I get the voicemail. I'm honestly beside myself on what to do. You owe me now almost 18 months of charges for a service that I did not receive from you and that you've publicly acknowledged was an error on your part. I cannot accept a credit for services. I have explained numerous times that I have moved out of state. Please, please reach out to me and make this right before I have to take this to social media/news outlets. I continue to dispute the charges but because it’s been going on for so long without remediation my bank is giving me pushback. I am updating my review here as I have been erroneously charged for services from this business for now over a year. I am owed over $1k in damages. They refuse to return my phone call or voicemails. They replied to another review I left stating they would refund me and they never did. They refuse any communication with me. I have left voicemail after voicemail, offering them to email me etc to figure this out. Meanwhile, my card is STILL being charged the monthly fee erroneously. I don’t even live in the state anymore. I am beside myself with this place and can’t caution others enough to stay far, far away. The below screenshot is from over a year ago and I haven’t heard from anyone from your team since.

Went here a year ago for botox and had a very pleasant experience with the Dr, however my consulation was very pushy and I was forgotten in my room for 2 hours, however I returned today and had a very wonderful… experience. Everyone was kind and very courteous and the doctor was as great as last time. Will be returning again!
