I went here to get my guitar fixed. I left a month later addicted to methadone.

How are you suppose to work on your treatment while in a 28 day stay you can access drugs multiple times?! Sad my child didnt stand a chance in this facility.

I struggled with the questions, the constant interactions between/among other peers (even staff), and the incorrect comments. Bizarre aftercare recommendation for example including strangers in own selfies treatment.… Post-script: Stephen T. Loso Thankful for the phones and graduation and opportunities.

I was in Twin Town 2024 for approximately 10 days and I was assaulted by my roommate right in front of the Treatment Director and had to wait around for about two hours being followed and threatened by peers then I was… sent back to Dakota County jail! Its DOC ran facility.

Horrible! Two people I know that went here both relapsed less than a month after release if you don't count the drugs they were doing while in treatment here. No communication between this facility and PO regarding… patients leaving or completing program. Would not recommend at all if you want your loved ones to get healthy.

I was there end of 2021 and it was my first treatment. It had its ups and downs but overall was a great opportunity and a special thank you to Sarah. The best counselor there by far. She don't sugar coat anything and… tells it like it is. She wasnt even my primary counselor but noticed me falling threw the cracks and stepped in to help and in no time had me back on track and into a after care program with sober housing. Thanks again for the opportunity and support. Ps I'm still sober as of May 20 2022

I came to Twin Town not knowing anything about it. The staff was great and very helpful. Yes, there were rules but they were not ridiculous. I went away being able to "dance with my dragons" as I had never been able to… do before. Thank you so very much.

Great place for a repair/plek. Warren did a FANTASTIC job making my guitar play great. Highly recommend setups and pleks.

If you're thinking about joining the twin town community, I would suggest you rethink your options. If you have no other options then I would say join the twin town community. I would never suggest anybody join their… program unless they have no other option. Once you start their programs, there is a semblance of process to what they are doing. However, once you're out the door, they do not care about you. This place is a world-class shitshow.

I was there 6 years ago and the place is still the same. I didn't feel comfortable there because your locked out of your room during daytime programing hours . Place does not have a welcoming atmosphere. Feel like I… could of had more rights to my room that myself insurance company is paying for.

Do not listen to what many say about Twin Town. The plusses are by far greater then the negatives. It is a great non-traditional option for substance abuse coinciding with mental illness. Nurses, Counselors, Techs all… care and do a great job.
